“Less pain after stimulator”

“Complete relief with the stimulator”

When I had my trial, it was unbeleivable the amount of relief I had. When they took the temporary leads out I hurt for 2 weeks. I could not find anywhere comfortable to sit or lie down. I did not realize my back hurt this badly until I had complete relief with the stimulator. I am so ready to experience that complete relief again.

“I am in little to no pain”

“My life has truly been restored from pain”

“This is wonderful!!!”

My neck was in a lot of pain, they did x-rays and MRI at another clinic. They found that I had a slipped disk in my neck. I had trouble sleeping because of the pain, my left arm was going numb and tingly. I was referred to Dr. Puppala for my pain. I was nervous about a needle being stuck into my neck, but his staff was very courteous and very professional. It did not hurt as bad as I thought it would. He gave me numbing medication and I did not feel any pain. My neck pain was about 9 when I arrived. After the injection the pain was gone. This is wonderful!!!

“Epidural procedure was painless and effective”

Before the procedure there was a constant pain in my left shoulder, arm, neck. Before the procedure there was a quick moment that felt like a sharp sting when the numbing medicine for my skin was done. The injection itself did not hurt but it did seem to touch the source of where the pain was coming from - it's hard to describe. The epidural procedure was painless. Afterwards I felt no pain in my left arm and shoulder. My initial pain was constant and severe. Right now it's probably only a 1 out of 10 if I turn my head to the left. The procedure has helped me to return to my normal duties.

“When I sat up I noticed that my soreness and pain had all but disappeared going from a pain scale of 7-8 to practically 0.”

When I arrived for my appointment, I was experiencing pain and soreness in my lower back. I was a bit apprehensive when the procedure was explained, however during the procedure I was made comfortable and the procedure itself was relatively quick and pain free. When I sat up I noticed that my soreness and pain had all but disappeared going from a pain scale of 7-8 to practically 0. Something I didn't think was possible, but my back feels great. “Treatment was painless and very effective”

Prior to treatment I would feel pain in my lower back due to my accident. I would also feel tingling throughout my body and pain in my mid-back area. Treatment was painless. I only felt pressure during the injection, no pain. Immediately following treatment I felt no pain doing movements that were painful prior to the treatment. Thank you.

“I am very pleased!”

My neck pain started off pretty constant day in & day out. It varied on the pain scale but was never really going away. If I made a sudden move or turned the wrong way it would be sharp and shoot down my left arm. After the first injection it got better and I was able to gain a lot of my mobility back! There was still some pain but the second injection took care of that and afterward I was able to move my neck completely. I could look over my left shoulder which is something I haven't been able to do in months. So my neck is completely fine! I think the injections are way better at improving the pain without any additional side effects from medications. I work full-time and couldn't function on pain medicine so I just stopped taking them. The injections gave me better relief and I still felt OK to go to work and do housework. I can also start back working out. I am very pleased!

“Wonderful doctor - precise, kind, and great bedside manner”

My neck and back pain hovered around a 6 on a scale of 10 and I began to normalize this pain as my way of life. I was referred by my doctor here and was skeptical that they would be able to help but I was surprised. The staff is gracious, kind, and supportive. Everyone from intake to the procedure room was simply amazing. They explained the procedure step by step and were especially patient knowing I was nervous. Dr. Puppala is a wonderful doctor. Precise, kind, and great bedside manner. I walked in with pain and I'm leaving here pain free! I truly recommend this facility to anyone suffering. Don't suffer in silence, pain is not normal! “Once getting my epidural surprisingly I have no pain in either my neck and lower back :-)”

“Terrific Experience”

I was in so much pain. After YEARS of being sent from doctor to doctor I was referred to Dr. Puppala. Finally - He sat with me and reviewed my MRI and explained what was causing my pain. After two visits I was 90% better. I am able to walk and visit with my friends and family now. I can also say that the staff was wonderful. The nurses made me feel cared for and the front staff was exceptionally helpful in scheduling me on a weekend when I was able to have transportation. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

“Excellent Patient Care”

Patient care is top quality here. From the check in counter and insurance approval to the lab techs that are there and the nurses are wonderful. The doctor there took excellent care of me and my husband. We were put on a low dose pain medication and given a few injections and were able to get back to normal function and living. We have since traveled to other countries and seen things that were once only a dream to us. I am forever grateful for this wonderful doctor and staff. Thank you!

When I arrived at for treatment, I was very stressed out about being able to do quality time with my two and four year old. Dr Puppala was very understanding of these concerns. before coming here my pain was never below a four and went as high as an eight or nine. now with treatment I spend most of my time pain free. I was involved in a car accident back in March 2019,after seeing a chiropractor, I was referred to Dr. Puppala who is a spine specialist. Dr. Puppala sent me to have some MRI's done. This is a perfect 1st time visit to Comprehensive Spine and Pain. “Overwhelmed with satisfaction - I thank God for this remedy”

I was in a head-on accident in 1/15. The car was totaled, the air bag deployed. I have been in relentless pain for two years. I have tried other injections, tractions, chiropractic adjustments, neurologist consultations and medications and finally in 6/16 I was referred to Dr. Puppala by my neurosurgeon as an effort to minimize my pain to be able to manage postponing surgery.

After my first injection, it was like a rebirth of my spirit and personality. The pain had overtaken my ability to manage my active lifestyle. I had forgotten what happiness, comfort and sleep felt like. My responsibilities to my children and ability to participate in their activities had severely diminished. I have been incredibly overwhelmed with satisfaction in being able to "live" without constant pain, take care of my children, my 91 yr old mother and run my business and ministry and support my employees.

I look forward to more treatments and the relief they will provide. I thank God for this remedy.

“Stimulator has been a life changer!”

Dr. "P" replaced my Medtronics stimulator to the Boston Scientific neurostimulator. I had almost immediate relief due to the smaller size. THen, since I don't have to lie still to recharge the inner battery I do not have that three hour discomfort. With the Boston Scientific I don't have to remind myself to recharge, so my stimulation continues uninterrupted. The smaller size has drastically reduced the irritation of the battery, almost totally. While nothing is perfect, the new BS stimulator has been a life-changer!

“Immediate relief after my procedure - thank you”

In September 2016 I had fallen which in turn left me with a lot of pain. I went to the ER. I was given several pain meds but nothing really helped. It wasn't until I came to see Dr. Puppala that I had relief. I had many sleepless and tear-filled nights with numbness to my fingers and hand. Almost immediately after my epidural I had relief after the procedure. I only wish I had gotten this done sooner and felt this kind of relief for the past three months. “Pain in neck went from a 9/10 to 1/10, and I can close my right hand again for the first time in months”

Coming in, the right side of my neck had sharp shooting pain radiating into my shoulder. I could hardly close my right hand into a fist. Now I feel the pain going away in my neck and shoulder and right hand. I can close my right hand again for the first time in months. This epidural was a lot easier, quicker, and less pain than my epidural years ago at the VA. My pain in my neck went from a 9/10 to 1/10, thanks doc.

“The shot worked and I feel no pain”

Before I came in this weekend I was nervous about the shot but it's not that bad. The shot worked and I feel no pain. My mom was happy with the weekend hours, and that the doctor let her come in the room and watch him do the procedure. My pain was a 10 before, now it's a 1 or a 2. After seeing the doctor, and him asking the right questions, the plan for treatment was determined to be an injection. The injection was not painful at all like I thought it would be, the procedure was very quick. The relief from my back pain was rather instant. It has been 2 months, and the relief from back pain still exists. Feeling much better than I did 2 months ago.

When I first came here for the first injection I was in a lot of pain at the level of 9 out of 10. After my 2nd injection my pain level dropped to a 0. This has really made my work day easier and has allowed for better sleep. I'm so glad I came here and am now pain free.

“Instantly relieved pain, and now I can hold my newborn again”

Before seeing Dr. Puppala I felt pain daily and it interfered with my daily activities, even getting up out of the bed or daily routine. My shoulder pain and neck made it hard for me to even carry my newborn without pain. When I was referred here of course I was nervous, but they instantly relieved pain.

I first met Dr. Puppala on Sunday and really appreciated the weekend hours. I was in a world of hurt for 1 week before seeing him. My pain was past a 10 on the pain scale, not able to sit up, stand for long, walk a long distance, including using bathroom. I was in bed until I had seen him and he was able to help me walk, sit, stand without pain. My pain after the first procedure went down to a 4 and now after my second visit it is down to a big fat ZERO. Thx doc!!

“I am feeling no pain after my second set of injections”

I had tried physical therapy but the pain continued. After the first set of neck and back injections my pain decreased. Today I am feeling no pain at all after I had a second set of injections. I'm glad I can return to my normal routine and be able to workout.

“I am very excited to do the things I want to do without pain or stiffness - now it seems I can live again”

Upon coming into the office my pain level was around a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. It felt like I had a ball or a knot in my lower back. I am very pleased to say that after my injections that knot seems to not exist! “My pain is at a 0 now, and this is the best I've felt in a long time”

I came into Dr. Puppala's office with lower back, neck, and leg pain. Before I got the injection my pain was 6-7 on a scale from 1-10. my experience with my treatment today was exceptional I was listened to about my pain and concerns regarding my treatment. When my treatment was started he explained to me what was going on and within seconds from him starting i could feel a major relief in my arm .This was my first epidural in my neck region and it has fixed more of my crps issues in my upper right extremity then all of the other treatments I have had. “Finally pain free!!”

After having a procedure with Dr. Puppala I am now pain free. I have been to numerous doctors over the years with no relief of pain. They only gave me pain medication which only masked the pain. “Little to no pain”

A year ago I was involved in a bad car accident and hurt my neck,back and hip. Dr.Puppala preformed non invasive procedures to relieve me of my pain the procedures took about 20 mins and I was on my way home the same day. My procedures didn't hurt nor did they leave scars. After my treatment were done I had little to no pain.

I came to see Dr. Puppala after i was involved in a vehicle accident. He came highly recommended and I definitely understand why. “I'm Back to playing Tennis and working out”

I am a 66 year old male, playing all kind of sports most of my life. Currently playing ALTA tennis for the last 30 years. All this activity has put a stress on my back developing several concentric disc bulges and stenosis of the spine. “Terrible experience”
