“Great surgery results”

Dr. Foster and his staff were amazing. I was comfortable with every step along the way. He is a great surgeon and understood exactly what I wanted. My nose looks so natural and I am so happy with the results. I will never go to anyone else. This is the best office I have ever been to.

“So Happy ”

I had surgery on my nose with Dr.Foster and couldn't be happier. Everything from the consultation, surgery, and follow up care went perfectly. His staff is wonderful and put me at ease when I felt nervous since this was my first surgery. My biggest concern was that I could end up having a nose that looked "done". Dr. Foster is conservative, which is exactly what I was looking for when choosing a surgeon. I highly recommend him, My nose looks fabulous!

“Best Plastic Surgeon”

Hi skill and willingness to make you feel comfortable is beyond comparison. I knew within 3 min he was the one. I've had a face lift, a mini lift 16 years later and just had my arms done. After my first experience in 1999 I knew I would always come back to Dr Foster.
I would highly recommended him to anyone.

“Simply the best”

My endoscopic forehead lift and full facelift came out wonderfully. It looks so very natural and Dr. Foster is not only one of the nicest doctors I have ever known but also a perfectionist. He follows through from start to complete healing with regular visits to his office with no extra charge. Not only did he make me look years younger but he also managed to keep my sideburns intact which most plastic surgeons do not do. There is nothing worse than the telltale sign of a bald area in front of your ears which I think is a dead giveaway. He is your partner in this venture from beginning to end and I can't recommend him highly enough as well as his assistant MacKenzie who was fabulous.

“Best work ever”

I went to Dr. Foster for an excision on my face. I was nervous about the scar it would leave but it is only a few weeks and already looks amazing. When I went back to my dermatologist a week later to have the stitches taken out she couldn't believe it. She said t was some of the best work she has ever seen. I couldn't agree more and I am so happy with the results.

“Great surgical results”

I was very unhappy with my very crooked nose and Dr. Foster was able to fix it to perfection. I will continue to go back to him forever. I highly recommend Dr. Foster. He takes the time to really listen to your concerns and address each issue.

“Just amazing”

Initially I was given the name of 3 doctors from a wonderful dermatologist, immediately upon calling I knew Dr. Foster and Mackenzie were my choice in securing the results that I was pursuing. They returned phone calls, followed up with information, and answered all my questions. They were on point. Truth and honesty was paramount in my journey. I never had a moment where I wondered whether I'd made the right choice out of the three doctors. I am so happy with my results.

“This was the biggest turning point in my life...”

I went for many consultations with top plastic surgeons in NYC. I chose Dr. Foster because he didn't sell me but rather he instilled trust in me. He did not promise me he would make me pretty, he said to me "I can tell you, you will look so much better than you do now". Dr. Foster is calm, self-confident, and works with a level of brilliance that comes across prior to surgery and even more after. I never had one complication and whatever he said he would do, he did. As one gets older, mindfulness comes into play. Negative self thought was instantly turned into positive self talk. I greeted myself each day with joy that my face was no longer as asymmetrical and he did it in such a way that it was the most natural look humanly possible for any patient to possibly expect as an outcome. I will remember many people in my life but most of all I will always remember Dr. Foster.

I look 5 years younger after coming in for injections. They kept it natural and did not overdue it like other places I have gone for injections. They took the time to me and did exactly what I asked for. I will not go anywhere else

“Couldn't be Happier!”

I had a facelift by Dr.Foster and couldn't be happier. I feel and look at least ten years younger and my confidence has been renewed. Dr. Foster answered all of my questions from start to finish and put me at ease. The after-care was fantastic from the very attentive private duty nurses to his other staff. Even though I was nervous because it is a major surgery, it was all worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
