As a new patient of Dr Landrums, he was welcoming, listened to my issues, has excellent bedside manner and treats you as a person and not "just another patient". He is very knowledgeable and is always coming up with new ways to treat chronic pain instead of the traditional just giving you pills to take. I would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain. He gets to know all his patients and is always asking questions showing he cares instead of looking in chart to know you.

“My Treatment with Dr. Landrum”

Treatment wise with Dr. Landrum, I have had a great expierence with him and also have had the best treatment outcomes with him. I have the most confidence and trust in him. I recently had a Bioness procedure which has been excellent. This has been one of the best pain relief options I have done thus far. I don't know how else to explain or what other words to use to describe how much this device has helped me.

“The Care with Dr. Landrum”

The care with Dr. Landrum is amazing. I thought that I would never be able to get rid of my pain. He is always trying to come up with new ways to get rid of my pain. I would recommend him to anyone who has severe back pain. I had a procedure done on 4/19/19 called a Cooled radio frequency ablation and that was done to my lower back. I got 100% relief from it and was able to walk up the stairs without pain for my follow up. Not only does he treat my back but he also treats other areas.

“A Wonderful Experience With PRP!”

“Exceptional and Compassionate Care”

I was referred to Dr. Landrum after experiencing an increase in lower back pain and numbness/tingling in my legs. After an initial consultation, he ordered an updated MRI and scheduled a follow up visit. After receiving the report, we discovered two bulging discs, arthritis, and some other issues all in my lower back. Dr, Landrum recommended a set of injections, which relieved the numbness and tingling! He then recommended a second injection, this time at a different level, along with a virtual physical therapy plan. The combination of that, and tracking my progress with the NeuroFlow app has resulted in incredible improvement! I am hopeful for the first time in a very long time that I’ll be able to live without debilitating back pain. I am forever grateful for Dr, Landrum’s compassion and for his dedicated team - who are always pleasant and kind!

Doctor Landrum has been my pain management doctor for a number of years. Doc has relentless drive and passion when it comes to assisting his patients to find the right avenue of treatment for THEM the patient, not HIM the doctor.! There have been many new advances in the pain management field for people who suffer with and from chronic pain. I am finding out and witnessing first hand just how productive some of these new procedures have been for myself . Surgery isn't the ONLY answer these days, Doctor Landrum along with other like Professionals have been and continue to look into the future to improve upon what they have successfully accomplished thus far. Do yourself a favor and check out the videos on FB and YouTube( since you visit those places anyway..js), you won't be wasting your time.

“accident 2014 left me in pain Dr Landrum helped me get better”

Dr Landrum listened to me & my pain issues. He tries different processes to see what will work.We tried injections & physical therapy. Finally we came to a conclusion that is was either surgery or pain meds. I close surgery. I am so glad I went to Dr Blok. I had 2 surgeries. One lower back & one in my neck. Because of the pinching of the nerves on both ends it was creating a hot poker feeling going right through me. Now I am better. No more pain. Happy that I am moving like I used to. Thanks!

He recently did a Regenexx procedure on my lower back and I can't remember the last time I have felt this great. Before the procedure I wasn't able to walk a quarter of a mile and now I am able to walk 3/4 of a mile. The staff and Dr. Landrum treat me very well and I'm very happy with the care that I receive by his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Landrum to other patients that are seeking a pain doctor.

“Finally”

If you are in pain look no further. Dr. Landrum doesn't jut treat your pain, he helps try to fix the reason for your pain. We have tried with success several alternative modalities. He is really involved with his patients, making suggestions that help the patient be involved in decisions and treatments.
The second thing that is almost as amazing as his approach to treating pain is his absolute dedication to listening to each and every concern and questions ( as I) have had. Dr. Landrum practically insists, even encourages patients to ask any and all questions one has, no matter how large or small they think. He is very understanding about your pain and your life, and how one might effect the other.
Truly a breath of fresh air.
Gave me hope to keep trying.

“Decoding Pain”

Are you confused by your pain? Do you have pain in more than one area of your body? Do you have so much pain that its hard to figure out where it is coming from? Frequently I find myself in this situation. Dr Landrum is like a secret agent decoder who can help pinpoint your pain. He is able to make sense of all the information that I give him during our visit as I try to rate and describe different pain in different areas. By the time I leave I understand our current plan to deal with and treat my pain. I feel hopeful, optimistic and relieved that this course of treatment is going to give me some relief and if not he will be right there to help me find other options
We are so fortunate to have him in this area. I have never met a doctor like him and I would travel anywhere in the country to be treated by him. Thank You Dr Landrum

“Comfort”

No matter what my pain situation is at any given time, be it new and different pain, or a flare up of old excruciating pain, just knowing that Dr Landrum is my Dr, reduces the fear and panic the pain causes me to have. The reassurance that he is there, looking out for me, having my back, means the world to me. I don't have to deal with the terrifying fear that's accompanied my pain in the past. What a relief !!!

“Moving from a life filled with pain into having the ability to reach for the stars!”

I had suffered with severe right shoulder and right elbow pain for almost a year. I had exhausted physical therapy and was told that the only solution was to have rotator cuff surgery. In fact my previous doctor's had discounted my elbow pain as an extension of my 80-85% rotator cuff tear. Only Dr. Landrum, listened to my explainions and was able to find the addition tearing I had in my elbow area that the other doctors ignored. He was able to treat both areas of pain with PRP and the outcome has far exceeded my expectations. It has only been three months since my procedure and my pain is basically non-existent. I view this as nothing short of miraculous. I am so glad that I trusted my own gut instinct and went outside of the box for treatment. The staff is amazing, both girls are very professional, helpful and patient. I was very fearful of the procedure and they both made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr Landrum answered every question and never rushed me into anything.

“Thorough and Positive”

One of the best things that Dr Landrum provides to his patients is an app called NEUROFLOW.

Now I've got to say, that I'm not someone who would normally track anything using an app. It sounds like a hassle. But I have found that using NEUROFLOW has helped me with my pain issues, my stress issues, and my daily living. It also has really neat things that are not just putting in numbers. You are able to do activities, watch videos, and listen to audiotapes that are educational but also entertaining and fun. In one sense its like gaining access to a University Library of courses on all aspects of pain and things pain related. And you can choose which items you want to track. You can choose which items you want to track. Every time I use the app I find something new and interesting.

This and many other reasons I believe Dr. Landrum is light years ahead of other pain doctors.

Do you know how rare it is, to have a Doctor who includes you, in fact encourages you to be part of the decision making process?
Dr. Landrum has helped me solve some tricky pain issues and the possible impact that stress has on my pain.
Dr landrum explained possible options., based on our conversation at the beginning of my visit.
I feel like I've joined TEAM JENNY and that I'm as involved in my healthcare decisions as I want to be.
I'm relieved knowing that Dr Landrum has my back .We are trying something new, but if this doesn't work, there are other options we might try. That is encouraging and leaves me optimistic about the possibilities of reducing my pain.

“I got my life back”

I lived for 6 years of excruciating pain because of the back, He carefully looked at my MRI when everyone else I had given up on me. He figured out what was wrong reviewed the MRI with me and did a couple of diagnostic procedures then got the Medial Branch ablation and my life has never been the same. I am pain-free for the 1st time in 6 years. His team is just amazing. So caring attentive.
