“Wonderful experience; Excellent Results!”
I drove to Dallas to visit Dr. Whiddon for superficial blue veins around the bottom and outer corners of both eyes. Originally, they were faint; but over the years, they had become very dark and covered a larger area. In fact, they were frequently confused by others as bruises, and I was questioned on several occasions about the source of my "two black eyes". :( Dr. Whiddon's office staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The wait to go into the room--next to nothing (though I was so appreciative to be there, I would not have cared if it were hours). Dr. Whiddon was simply superb. He assessed my particular situation, and discussed the type and number of treatments he felt would be necessary for optimal results. All sounded very reasonable to me and I was excited to began. My laser treatments went exactly as planned. I was excited when I could see huge improvements even after the very first of my four treatments. Upon completion of the fourth, I can honestly tell you that I'm thrilled! Getting ready in the morning without spending an eternity trying to artfully (and unsuccessfully) cover up a mess of impossibly dark veins around both eyes has added an extra hour to my day to relax before work and do any number of more pleasant things.
Dr. Whiddon most definitely has expended a great deal in terms of time, energy, and funding not only to keep up with the absolute latest in research and laser technology applicable to his particular field, but also to bring that technology to the those fortunate enough to be recipients of his care.
