Dr. Alpert is genuine and authentic. I consistently felt cared for and listened to, with several worrisome diagnoses followed up and resolved within a short period of time. I never, ever felt rushed as quite the opposite, he always made sure I had no further questions and spent ample time with me at each and every visit. His office staff is exactly the same and treats you holistically. The yugo above and beyond ensuring of your comfort and understanding. This is not a usual practice and feel very fortunate to have him as my physician.

Dr. Alpert has been my PCP for many years and has always been compassionate, kind, and positive as one of my care givers. Because of him I am very particular in who I keep in my healthcare team and have no problem in searching for the right doctor until their bedside manner matches what I am looking for. Dr. Alpert has always shown me that you don't have to be rude and dismissive to work with patients and hasn't changed over the years. I will keep him on as my PCP for as long as I can.

I have been consulting Dr Alpert for more than 20 years and he is as kind, smart, gentle, thorough as you could wish, and a pleasure to be around. His colonoscopies are as easy to experience as is possible and his anesthesiologists and nurses are wonderful. Don't be put off by the office staff who can be brusque and do not represent the real warmth and friendliness of the medical staff. This is a really wonderful physician who provides great care!

Dr. Alpert ordered an ultrasound after an endascopy showed no abnormalities in regards to my stomach pains.. A (AAA) aneurysm of 7 cm was discovered. Dr. Alpert and his staff helped me in finding a vascular surgeon I was immediately scheduled for surgery ASAP to repair the life threatening aneurysm. His concern , knowledge and understanding of me as his patient saved my life.

I was impressed by the experience of Dr. Alpert, his anesthesiologist and staff. I was pleasantly surprised at what a breeze it was because the last time I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at a hospital, it was a horrible experience - I had extreme nausea, had to leave quickly before recovery and the prep was difficult. This time at Dr. Alpert's office, the prep was much easier, I had no nausea, the staff were patient and kind and I had plenty of time to recover. Thank you Dr. Alpert and staff!

“What was I worried about?”

I've been dreading (and ducking) the procedure for years; uncomfortable, nauseating prep and potentially fatal prognosis. My experience in this office was none of that. Things went smoothly with, I believe, a great deal of attention to both my physical and emotional well being. As a 50 year old woman, I decided to follow up with my baseline Colonoscopy baseline screening. Dr. Alpert was highly recommended to me by my GYN doctor. The office is friendly and clean. Bertha, Marina made it easy to schedule the appointment. Dr. Alpert explains every step of the procedure. On the day of the colonoscopy, again he explain the process and made me feel very comfortable and confident that is going to be alright. I recommended friends and family to Dr. Alpert in a heartbeat!

I have been attending Dr. Alpert for a few years. He is one of the last bastion of physicians that actually take the time to meet with you and listen to your concerns. He is never rushed in providing his consultation and recommendation for care. I appreciate that especially in an age where technology and non physicians are commonplace.

“My First Colonoscopy”

I was incredibly anxious about having a colonoscopy and delayed it until I was 52. The worry about the procedure was much much worse than the actual procedure. Dr. Albert was incredibly understanding and professional and I felt I was treated really well. He listened to my concerns and gave me thorough and thoughtful answers. The actual procedure was painless and the facility and staff were first rate. While I am exactly not looking forward to my next colonoscopy, I realize now that with Dr. Alpert it will be nothing to worry about.
