About seven years ago I fell out of a tree and broke all of my metatarsals at the knuckle and crushed the bones behind them. My injury was very serious and I had three operations to try and fix my mangled foot. before I met Dr. Warford it seemed as though none of the usual doctors listened to my complaints of sever pain. I was told the foot would allways be a burden and was brushed aside. About two years ago I moved to Sacramento and I called about 20 Doctors and got the typical run around from the nursing staff. They all told me if I wanted to talk to the doctor I would have to make an appointment. Thats when I made a call to Dr. Warford and instead of recieving attitude from overworked receptionist Dr.Warford himself answered the phone and had a half hour conversation with me about what was going on with my foot. Amazing. So I made an appointment and when all of the other doctors told me the foot was as good as it gets Dr. warford listened to my problems, ran some X rays and found not one but Three major problems including a broken bone that had never healed. when other podiatrist treated me just like another paycheck Warford treated me like a human being and now I finally feel like I'm on the road to recovery. I would recomend Dr. Mark Warford to anyone having foot or ankle problems hes a breath of fresh air when it comes to being treated like a person and not like cattle. Because of his caring treatment I feel like my foot may finally be on the road to recovery I just wish all doctors were like him
