Dr Tolpinrud was very proficent in giving me a steroid injection in my hand. She frequently asked if I was feeling pain or discomfort. She did not inject too quickly so as to preserve skin integrity and to minimize discomfort. I will be seeing her for repeat procedures and would recommened her to family and friends. I had some abnormal skin bumps on and around my noise since childhood. The condition is very rare and I hadn't had any luck finding a treatment until I visited Dr. Liu. She is very attentive and knowledgeable, willing to offer and explore different options. She "zapped" one of the bumps and we waited to see how it heals before treating other areas. While waiting, she also prescribed a topical cream. Both treatments have worked for me with unbelievable results! I would definitely recommend Dr. Liu and the team at Dermatologist Medical Group of North County.

The receptionist is a true professional; friendly, patient and poised despite a very busy clientele. I had a mild case of shingles, some liver spots, and contact dermatitis which were carefully addressed. I couldn't be happier with the treatment.
