I was very disappointed before he found Dr. Patel. I was sent to another Dr. that said he didn't feel comfortable fixing my face. I was diagnosed with an orbital tumor 20 years ago. It started to grow and began to affect my vision and gave me discomfort. I had problems with depth perception because of my droopy upper eyelids: the left lid was very droopy. Dr. Patel repaired these for me and got them perfectly symmetrical. I had a larger melanoma on the left side of my face. Fortunately, Dr. Andtbacka was able to remove the cancer but it left me with loss of most of the side of my face. These things can be very scary and I only met Dr. Patel just before of my repair because of all the urgency: I am amazed at what he did. I have a face and I have a smile. Most people don't even know of all the reconstruction I went through. Absolutely amazing!! My sensation has come back and I am very happy.

I have a long history of corneal problems with keratoconus and corneal surgery. Dr. Patel did a super job of weakening my very (very) strong frown lines, he did fat grafts in my very deep lines (I didn't know you could do that), raised my brows and lids so that I look more awake, don't look surprised (I was concerned about that before surgery) and look like I am happy (I am!!). Thank you so very much for a beautiful job.

Dr. Patel corrected several problems caused by surgery 12 years ago. He repositioned my facial tissues, cheeks and eyelids. I have started telling my friends they need "Face by Patel"! My skin is so smooth, I have no jowls, my neck looks like that of a 20 year old (I am 78 now and was 77 when I had my facelift and necklift). Everyone thinks I look no older than 60. Someone told me I looked 50, but I think he was just flattering me: nice to have a man flatter me though. I am so pleased. I even had my husband have some things done by Dr. Patel and his face and eyelids look like he did years ago!

was so happy with Dr. Patel's surgery. Unlike her, I don't tell people and I was anxious not to have people know anything. A very large cancer ate away the left side of my face. I hesitated to see anyone because I was afraid of how bad a hole I would have and how I would look. Dr. Croft finally insisted I see Dr. Patel in Saint. George. He explained everything to me and my family and made a big hole in my face! A very big hole!! I can't put photos here but if I could, you would be amazed how wonderful I look! I have a normal looking face!! Wow is all I can say. Thank you, thank you , thank you.

Best thing I ever did. I had no idea what this was but without doing a facelift, everyone wants to know who my surgeon is. They comment on my face and my eyes and they cannot see any scars. I look like I feel. I don't look tired and my cheeks look faaaaabulouuuuss! Dr. Patel put some fat there and raised them in the Hammock lift. My lower lids don't have bags any more and I don't frown! Enjoying life...

Comment  - “ Help with my spasms ”

The doctors did not know why my right side of the face was spasming. I had several different diagnoses made. I was put on anti-depressants and relaxing drugs which just made me tired. I read an article on Google by Dr. Patel so came down to see him from Idaho. He diagnosed "right aberrant nerve regeneration" which I wrote down and sort of understand but he changed my treatment to injections so now I am free of spasms for about three to four months. Google is good.

is all I can say because at my son's wedding, everyone kept on wondering why I looked so happy (I was) and so beautiful (I was!). I didn't tell anyone. Dr. Patel sent me my before and after photos. I was blind because I could not wear my contact lenses. I was told I had floppy eyelids. The doctors told me I needed to lose weight but I might as well learn to fly. Someone told me to see Dr. Patel who explained the condition to me and he has helped my lids so much that I can wear my contact lenses and I can see. Oh, and he asked me to lose weight!! Happy I can see.

I had many operations as a child. The doctors told me they could not do any more so I had to live my life with my eyes crossed. I only went in for droopy lids but this other surgeon and his team of clever "assistants" had me signing up for all sorts of other things. I have regretted going there every day now for the last two years. I finally picked up the courage to get other opinions. Dr. Patel has finally fixed me!! I wish I could tell this other doctor exactly what I and my family think about his way of doing business but Dr. Patel said "let it go, your karma was good, we fixed you!" Yes you did!

I was worried my brows would look too high as I didn't want to have an operated look. I looked up lots of surgeons. I finally came to see Dr. Patel because my friend got a beautiful result with a facelift. I am glad I got Dr. Patel to do my brows. I don't look angry or sad any more and he also did my upper lids at the same time. I also got an improvement elsewhere on the face from this surgery, so I am happy!

I had surgery by another surgeon for thyroid orbitopathy and nothing improved. My eye remained buggy and lids did not close. I was despairing because I had seen Dr. Patel but because he had a waiting list, I went with this other surgeon. BIG MISTAKE. I finally had to have it done by Dr. Patel and oh my god I look beautiful! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am telling everyone what a great and kind surgeon he is. I was feeling tired and looking worse than my years. Although I have some jowls and neck looseness, my upper part of the face was really aging badly. As a man, I was nervous about a facelift. Now my wife can't stop looking at me! Or any of my other associates! I cannot recommend this doctor highly enough. He has a great sense of humor and he treats his staff with love. Not seen often. I should know as I am a doctor.
