Dr. Harrell and his staff were consistently professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I received excellent care and follow up from my surgery. The surgery was skillful and I was well prepared for what to expect in the days and weeks that followed. I am most pleased with the results- they have exceeded my expectations- I cannot say enough positive things about my new shape! I am also pleased that there were no 'hidden' costs or extra costs for follow up visits- you most certainly get what you pay for out of this office.

I can sum up my feelings about Dr. Harrell's surgery by sharing the following: My husband was thrilled, as was I. The surgery made me look years younger. Oftentimes, people close to me (even family members) have suggested that I look terrific. Nobody, however, has asked if I've had anything done in the way of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Harrell's very subtle, yet effective technique in accomplishing my face/neck lift reflected his gifted ability in his chosen field. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and will certainly consider Dr. Harrell for any similar needs in the future.

I had the new Sapphire 4 light abrasion at The Fountain of Youth last week and it was amazing! The service was relaxing & my skin has never lookd better. My skin was so dry & dehydrated and I had a lot of hyper-pigmentation. What an improvement, my skin is glowing! I was so impressed with the results of just one treatment that I can't wait for the next one-and it definitely fits into my budget. I would recommend to anyone that wants improvemet in the clarity & overall appearance of their skin!

I've always known Dr. Harrell's outstanding reputaion for cosmetic/plastic surgery, but I was delighted to learn they have great spa as well. I recently stopped by to grab some skincare products and saw a promotion for the new Sapphire 4 skin resurfacing procedure. It was right before Thanksgiving, so I was a little concerned that I might be "pink" for the holiday. However, the easthetician reassured me that my skin would be glowing (not pink) for the Holidays. I trust Dr. Harrell and the team of professionals he has working with him, so I didn't hesitate and returned later that afternoon for my Sapphire 4 treatment. I have been so happy with the results. Right after the treatment my skin was a little pink, but it went away within an hour and I was left with the softest skin I've ever had. I was so excited with the results of the treatment, I'm planning on returning to the spa for another treatment right before Christmas to keep my holiday glow.
A bonus to this treatment is how
great all my skincare products absorb without all the old skin cells sitting on the surface. This is a perfect skin "pick me up".
