This office is not a clinic---Dr. Riccobono and his staff listen to your concerns. They get to know you personally and treat you as a family member. These days this type of dental care rarely exists. Dr. Riccobono personally called me after an emergency extraction that night and follow-up through out the weekend. My entire family and friends have gone for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. This office is the best you can get!!

I have been coming to the office for several years and have been impressed by the care and quality of dentistry at Countryside Dental. They have the latest in technology, i had my tooth scanned for a crown, rather than having the impressions in my mouth, especially being that i choke easily. The staff and Dr. Riccobono explains the procedure clearly and he always made sure that i was numb for my procedure. I wish i knew about this office many years ago, he has given me hope and saved my teeth.

“Hands down the best dentist in Columbia County and beyond”

Dr Riccobono has been our family dentist for many years now. He and his staff treat myself, my wife, and children. The care and thoroughness demonstrated is second to none. I feel like a family member of Dr Riccobono's... his concern and patience are that good. He answers all my questions and takes the time to explain all options and methods offered.

A few years ago I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and Dr Riccobono went out of his way to help. He called me from his cell phone on his day off and did what was needed to fix the problem.

Our family drives quite a ways to get to Countryside Dental. On the way we pass other dentist offices - because the quality of care with Dr Riccobono simply could not be any better.

After several years of experience with this practice, including crowns and an implant, this is easily the best dental office that I have been a client of, including a couple in NYC. instructions and explanations are very clear and forthcoming. And they run right on time: a 2 pm appointment means a 2 pm appointment.

Highly Recommend Countryside Dental , Dr. Riccobono did a root canal on me on a severely abscessed tooth, neglected and botched by two other local dentists. He was so painstaking in his careful approached, in cleaning out of the tooth, no pain even with a deep infection. I've seen many dentists over the years and he is really exceptional! They got me in immediately even as a new patient, when they knew i had an abscess.

I have always been nervous and afraid to see a dentist. My friend has been going to Countryside Dental and told me to try this office. I called the office and the front office reassured me that they will do their best to make her feel comfortable. I walked in the office nervous as always, however when Dr. Riccobono gave the novacaine and restored my tooth, I can honestly say that it did not hurt. Since that moment i have not been nervous and enjoy coming in for regular check-ups. Thank you!!!

I am super fussy about my teeth, and I *love* Countryside Dental. Dawn is the best dental hygienist I've ever been to, and I have complete faith in Dr. Riccobono as well--who cares enough about his patients to offer a program that makes it easier for those without dental insurance to get regular cleanings and other work if necessary. “Excellent dental care.”

I've been a patient for many years and don't mind the 35 minute drive to get to Chatham. My dental hygenist Dawn, is superb. Dr. Riccobono explains everything in great detail and with high tech cameras, allows me to see the problem areas in fine detail. I am completely happy with my dental healthcare at Countryside Dental.

“Smile Again”

The office is Great! I had cosmetic work done with Dr. Riccobono to correct the mistake from my previous dentist. Wow!! I can smile again and not be ashame of the discolored teeth and filling. Thank you so much Countryside Dental for making me happy and comfortable again.

“Scanner!!”

I am amaze both by the latest technology at Countryside Dental and the care they take in treating my needs.
I had several teeth that were broken down badly and need to be fixed. Dr. Riccobono explained all options clearly, I decided to have my teeth fixed. I have a bad gag reflex and since i am having several crowns done, they used a scanner instead of taking traditional impression. I amaze of the detail of the scan and it did not cause me to gag.

“Best Dentist in Columbia County”

I have had the chance to see multiple dentists over the years in the county but Dr Riccobono shed new light on the whole experience of making a trip to the dentist. I was not thrilled at all initially to have my teeth taken out and I was definitely not looking forward to the pain. Previous experiences had made me very weary of the dentist's chair. Dr. Riccobono was patient and considerate. Asking me every step of the way how I was doing and if I was feeling any pain. I had to return for a second visit and I have to say I was actually looking forward to getting in his chair again. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to any adult or child. He has changed my opinion of the dreaded trip to the dentist. As long as I continue to work with Countryside Dental I will look forward to that trip. Thanks again Dr Riccobono!

He clearly explains things and will use models and videos to help me understand. It is hard to find this quality of care anywhere else!

“Extensive work”

Knowing that i would need extensive work, Dr. Riccobono immediately isolated the issues effecting my teeth and was extremely informative as well as caring and knowledgeable. He performed a root canal and i have to say that i actually had a good time due to the level of professionalism and comfort from the whole team. His assistant and receptionist are wonderfully pleasant and I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

“best dentist EVER!!!!!!!”

My entire family has been coming to doctor Riccobono for at least 15 years and never had a bad experience .I have dental ins to go to another dental office...... i choose to pay out of pocket because of my long standing experience with Dr.Riccobono .Im sure that im not the only person that feels this strong about his practice will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
