Dr. Kenneth Hughes is a gem of a plastic surgeon. He performed Bodytite on me, which helps to tighten the skin and makes the skin look smoother. I had some bad liposuction in the past and this really did help me.

“Fantastic honest compassionate doctor Dr. Hughes”

Dr. Hughes is realistic and underpromises some time and over delivers all the time. His staff is warm and caring. You could not ask for more. He is a Harvard graduate and trained out the kazoo. In part I chose Dr. Hughes for his answers on realself. Patients should use board certified plastic surgeons. Also his pictures are miraculous. I came from out of state, because I felt that he was exceptional aesthetically and surgically.

“fast and efficient”

This was my first serious surgery. I had gotten a Brazilian butt lift and breast lift with implants. I was nervous and apprehensive about it but Dr. Hughes gave me the comfort of his understanding and abundance of knowledge to ease my worries. I had a great experience with Dr Hughes, i wish i would of done this a long time ago on my first breast implants surgery. I would have not gone anywhere else. “Scar Revision with Doctor Hughes”

Doctor Hughes was able to make a large, unsightly scar across my back look so much better through a scar revision. I was awake during the procedure and the recovery was not bad at all given the length and thickness of the scar excised. I am very happy with my results, as well as Doctor Hughes and his amazing staff. It's extremely important to feel comfortable when someone is making cuts in your body, and I felt that each step of the way despite the slight discomfort of the actual procedure. “The Best Plastic Surgeon Ever”

I came in for a consultation with Dr. Hughes not his office manager like other places I had gone to before coming here. He is a great listener and caring physician. He answered ALL my questions thoroughly before and after my procedure. I didn't feel pressure about my decisions. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and give you great advise. I will be coming back to him for my future procedures. I highly recommend him. He is very punctual and great mannered. Great staff also. They are the best.

“Dr. Hughes Is Amazing!”

I went to Dr. Hughes for my procedure after looking tirelessly online for the right one. As soon a I met with him, I knew that I wanted him to be the one to do my procedure. What is great about Dr. Hughes is that he tells you the honest truth. He isn't just looking to take your money. He wants to make sure you know all the risks and are realistic about your results. What's most important is that you listen to his post op instructions. He's not just telling you them for the fun of it. It's up to the patient to keep their results. Dr. Hughes' office also let me use a different credit line than they had already had. I don't believe anyone else would've done this for me. My experience with the rest of the staff was wonderful as well. I'm very happy with my results and will continue to see Dr. Hughes for any other procedures in the future.

“EXCELLENT RESULTS”

I came to Dr. Hughes after going to several other plastic surgeons for consultations. I immediately knew when I started talking to him that I wanted him to do my surgery. He was very knowledgeable, straight forward, and patient when answering all the many questions I had to ask. After looking at his before and after pictures, I was very impressed and when I told him what I wanted, he was the first doctor to tell me how he could do it and made me feel very comfortable. I am so happy that I decided to go with Dr. Hughes! I am now 6 1/2 weeks post op and I couldn't have ever imagined my results being this good! I got a BBL, breast lift, and tummy tuck. I absolutely love my body and have the confidence I have never had before. He has been great through the whole process of keeping me informed and answering all my questions. I will 100% be coming back if I ever need anything done in the future!

“Amazing Results & Patient Care!”

Dr. Hughes is hands down the best surgeon I have encountered. I have had multiple procedures over the years, and he by far exceeded every expectation and more with my procedure. He took the time to listen to my every concern and addressed them in depth. He was very quick in responding to my emails, no matter what time of day or night I sent them. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your results. I feel so blessed to have found him! I highly recommend Dr. Hughes for any of your cosmetic surgery needs. He is very down to earth and honest with what you need/what your body can handle unlike some doctors who are clearly trying to sell you on any and every procedure. “53 year old - Breast Aug”

I came back to Dr. Hughes 3 years after he did my "Tummy Tuck" .. I wouldn't go elsewhere!
My breasts were sagging after kids and nursing. I wanted minimal scarring, typically associated with a breast lift. I wanted a more youthful appearance and fuller breast. Dr. Hughes was able to strategically augment my breasts without the lift.

Dr. Hughes as always dedicated a great amount of time with me at my consultation. He is thorough detailed, and an expert in his field. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty!

My breasts now look better than they did in my 20s! They are full, perky ,and appropriate for my anatomy. I recommend Dr. Hughes without reservation. I wouldn't trust anyone out there that promised the sun and the moon.

“I was scared but now I am THRILLED !”

I am a very thin patient and I was very afraid to get bad dimples from my 360 degree liposuction, a prune sagging belly or a Tara Reid like belly. I am an out of country patient and it was quite painful for the first 4 days, but the pain subsided after the 4 day. Dr Hughes and his team have always been there to patiently answer my questions and concerns,and now, after 5 weeks, I am thrilled with my results and still the swelling is still there, it will keep getting better and better !

Results have been delivered, I would do the surgery over again, worth it, thank you !

“My surgery brought my confidence back”

After playing a lifetime of sports, I had to pull way back on my active life because of knee issues. With that said, my buttocks dropped tremendously. I was embarrassed wearing anything tight or bathing suits. After visiting hundreds of plastic surgeons who had no solution to my problem, I found Dr. Hughes. He was understanding of my insecurity and quickly responded with a solution to the problem. I was blown away with his abilities, his eye and intelligence of the body. It was another level that I have not seen in plastic surgeons. He was honest and transparent about what he could fix, the complications, and the results. A year later, my results are amazing. Dr. Hughes is beyond a great plastic surgeon! he has great bedside manner,hes smart,and he has extremely talented hands,he will sculpt you into perfection. Dr. Hughes is patient,kind,and goes up over and beyond to make sure his patients outcome is perfect and they are happy! hes easy to talk to, he listens and gives his honest opinion and a realistic expectation of your individual outcome. He does his best in making his patients happy and will try his best to get you to your best body goals! He responds very quickly and so does his staff, they are all amazing and helpful. This is my 2nd go round with him and its even more perfect than my first. Dr. Hughes doesnt disapoint. I will most def reccomend him and come back to him for all my cosmetic or corrective needs! not to mention hes pretty easy on the eyes too ladies! Dr. Hughes is so patient with me and has helped me so much with my cosmetic journey! He's like my Doctor Dad, he's very caring and will do whatever he can to help you reach your dream body. He's always been honest and upfront with me. If he feels something isn't right he will he tell you the truth, he doesn't just lead you on into believing this fairy tale. I got a butt augmentation and I'm absolutely loving my results. I am so glad I found Dr. Hughes, he will forever be my cosmetic doctor. He also has an amazing team working with him, the nurses are so sweet and have always helped me out with any questions I might have. I had a bad butt implant job my another physician. The butt implants were uneven and causing me pain in my legs. Dr. Hughes did a great job in removing my butt implants and the fluid build up that could have potentially caused an infection. My leg pain stopped after removing the implants and by butt looks a lot better.

“Doctor Hughes amazing a job on my bbl”

I came to Doctor Hughes on a referral from a girlfriend who he did a bbl for her because she looked incredible. I'm 59 years old, 5'4 and weight 125 Lb. So I'm pretty petite and slender but lost the volume to my butt do to aging. I told the Dr Hughes that I wanted to stay looking small in my overall appearance but I wanted a cute butt. He gave me exactly what I asked for and and now I have a beautiful bottom...I highly recommend him.

“Amazing doctor!”

I really wanted a bbl for years and throughout those years i would research doctors and try to narrow down to my favorite.I came across Dr.Kenneth Hughes and put him on my list of favorites. After more research and hours of reading reviews, I finally decided to chose him. Staff responds back fast and is very polite. The doctor himself was very polite. At no time did i feel rushed, he gave me plenty of time to talk about the procedure. He answered all my questions in detail and was honest about what to expect. He gave me a slim waist and big hips, the hourglass shape that i wanted. I feel way more confident in my new body shape.

“Botched liposuction revision”

First, I made a huge mistake by going to Dr. P.l.a.z.a.s in Colombia for lipo/bbl. Months went by, the swelling decreased, and I was left with disfiguring fibrosis, lumps, unevenness, and loose skin. I consulted with 3 different plastic surgeons, two of which turned me down. I kept researching and luckily found Dr. Hughes- he specializes in revisions including liposuction revisions which are extremely difficult to perform. Few surgeons are willing to fix another surgeon's mistake. We did an email consult (I am out of town) and we went back and forth. He was hoping to have a 50% improvement but he said that he would have the best chance at improving the look of my stomach; as he specialized in revisions. My surgery went very smoothly, I had zero pain during recovery. He achieved at least 80% improvement and I am so happy I found him. Please please be very careful in who you choose to do your surgery. I wish I went to him in the first place!
