“A rare and gifted doctor”

Dr. Somenek is a talented, caring, and truly gifted doctor. A friend referred me last year when I needed a facial plastic surgeon for nasal reconstruction following a skin cancer procedure. He was warm and gracious, expertly explaining my options and the benefits and risks associated with each one. He then performed two surgeries spaced three weeks apart, with follow-ups after each surgery. The results were outstanding. Since then I've seen him for other aesthetic procedures as well.

“Truly An Expert”

I was tired of being told I looked tired all the time at age 30 with my genetic eye bags. Dr. Somenek immediately told me my options, recommended the best one, and scheduled the surgery (lower bletheroplasty, forgive my spelling). The outcome is very successful and natural. He clearly has a passion for making people look their best and it shows in his work.

“Loving my skin like I did in my youth (but I am almost 40)”

Seeing Dr. Somenek is always such a wonderful experience, each time. He is professional, kind, patient and always wants me to leave happy and comfortable. I also see Kelley for skincare and skin treatments. I would not use anything except what Kelley recommends. My goal was to go makeup-less every day and with the help of Kelley, I am finally there. I could not be happier with my skin.

“He made my day”

I had fallen on my face on a gym treadmill (moving) and split my lip. My dentist referred me to Dr. Somenek when the dentist noticed that the split was too large to heal well by itself. Dr. Somenek saw me immediately, explained what he would do, then numbed my lip and sewed it up with the finest needle I'd ever seen. It healed easily and left no mark at all! He saw me for follow-up also. He is professional, easy to talk to as a patient, and an expert at what he does! Thanks, Dr. Somenek!

“My TruSculpt Experience!”

I fully recommend Dr. Somenek with my highest confidence. Dr. Somenek is a multi-talented surgeon who transforms lives with his expert knowledge, skills & abilities. Dr. Somenek's rhinoplasty consultation included 3D imaging that allowed me to envision the shape of my future nose. Most importantly, Dr. Somenek clearly communicated what aspects of my nose that could be reshaped & what could not be possible. I appreciated obtaining a full and realistic expectation beforehand.
I am not a cosmetic surgery novice. In my life, I have had a blepharoplasty and lower face lift performed by other surgeons. Compared to those procedures, the rhinoplasty was an easy recovery. My only regret is not doing the surgery sooner had I known the gifted Dr. Somenek. The results are exactly as discussed pre-surgery...natural looking for my face.
Dr. Somenek's extensive knowledge of facial anatomy & artist's eye are matched by his professional demeanor & superior listening skills.

I think that was the smoothest surgery procedure experience one could ask for. It was right next door in an hour I was out of there. The doctor listened to exactly what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. I don't know how anyone could complain about this sculpture or his staff. If you're looking to get your nose done, this is the place! Everyone working here is so nice and supportive! They made me feel comfortable coming in and making decisions alone without my mother, which I had been concerned about when I was not allowed to bring her in (due to COVID). From the consultations to the surgery Dr.Somenek was a star! Overall he is super nice and welcoming. He was really patient, letting me ask as many questions as I wanted, and he gave me new found confidence with my new nose! I would recommend this to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Somenek for about 2 years. The trainer at my gym recommended him. Shes in her late 30s, but I always thought she was 21! I have been seeing Dr. Somenek for about three years now after him come highly recommended as THE doctor to perform my revision rhinoplasty in 2015.
From the moment I met him, I knew I would never trust my face, plastic surgery or otherwise, to anyone else.
Dr. Somenek has been a partner to me in caring for my skin, and all facial aesthetics and I could not be more thrilled.

“Skilled Doctor and Friendly Staff”

After a fall that broke my nose, I did some online research and found Dr. Somenek had some good reviews. I was not disappointed and the rhinoplasty surgery to correct the break and improve the appearance was done after a few visits to his office. Each time I visited the office the staff greeted me by name and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Somenek explained what exactly to expect for the surgery and through the recovery. He had me come in for several follow up visits to ensure everything was healing properly. I will be coming back to Dr. Somenek for other cosmetic treatments on my face.

I got an upper bleph and a neck life and am so happy! I look younger and rested. I also have a very natural look.

Dr. Somenek is an excellent doctor. He spends a lot of time with me to discuss the issues I am having and possible solutions. He does excellent work - the results are fantastic. I used to need botox (or similar product) every three months but with him I can wait at least a month or two longer between treatments. The results are very natural for botox and injections. He is also very kind and friendly and makes me feel comfortable.

“Put me at ease and loved the results”

Dr. Somenek came highly recommended to me by another provider I frequent. Specifically the words, "If you want it to look great, go to him." And she was right! I had a lip lift done by Dr. Somenek and not only does it look great, but during the procedure him and his staff were so calming, understanding, and put me right at ease. I drive from Vienna, and will continue to do so for any of my cosmetic needs. Can't recommend enough!

wonderful doctor, wonderful staff. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Somenek did a great job fixing my issues with my nose. My recovery was pretty easy, little downtime considering the surgery.

He did a wonderful job explaining the surgery, spent a good amount of time with me pre and post op.

High marks for the staff and the anethesiologist. I highly recommend Dr Somenek.

“Revised Acne Scars-Dr. Somenek is the Only Doctor Capable”

Dr. Somenek successfully revised my acne scarring which included ice pick, rolling, and box car. He has a gift. He has the eye and heart of an artist which translates into knowing exactly how to approach each scar to transform it into the best revised state (meaning you can't or can hardly notice it any longer). That eye and knowing all the available techniques and procedures for scar removal is what is needed when dealing with scars. Dr. Somenek is the only one I've found who can complete the mission.

“Absolutely amazing”

I have been to many, many doctors in the past due to injuries or illnesses, but I have never, ever met a doctor as nice and skilled as Dr. Somenek. To be honest, most doctors tend to have arrogant personalities, but Dr. Somenek couldn't be farther from that. He is so patient, approachable, and kind, making my experience that much easier. On top of that, my nose looks absolutely amazing!!

where can i start ? dr somenek is the best surgeon , the nicest human and is very knowledgable. everything you want your plastic surgeon to be. i had been going to someone else for a long time but i knew it was time for a change. i came to dr somenek for a lip lift , its been a week and i could not be any happier. i wish i would have done it sooner, im amazed at the difference. the experience was beyond my expectations, i would be happy to answer any questions. i trust him 1000 percent plus his staff is wonderful. stefany made me feel completely at ease and is amazing - they are a great team. cant say enough about this practice - if you are thinking about doing anything - run - dont walk to them.

“Dr Somenek gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed to do a corrective surgery that has been bothering me for years”

My heavy eyelids have bothered me my entire life but I wasnt aware I could have this corrected so easily. Dr. Somenek was very informative about the procedure itself as well as the expected outcomes and gave me the time I needed to make a decision without any pressure. I felt confident with his abilities and staff throughout the entire process which also kept me at ease. I was a little anxious the day of the procedure but the nurses were so caring and compassionate and Dr. Someneks bedside manner is also very soothing and calming. My surgery and post op recovery was exactly as it was described it would be. I had no complications and everything has healed beautifully. I am so happy with the outcome and so grateful for Dr. Somenek and his amazing talent.
