“Quite Unprofessional”
She explained, she didn't return our first message because she assumed we were trying to obtain a letter for a comfort animal. She called after my husband left a second message explaining in more detail what my needs were. He set up an appointment for me over the phone. She called back same day and left us a message cancelling, saying she didn't think she'd be a good fit. She had not asked me a single question about my needs. We are scratching our heads. We left message asking her to clarify why, or at least refer us elsewhere, and we haven't heard back yet.
