Scheduling a virtual medical visit is quick and easy. Just give us a call, and a team member will schedule an appointment with your primary or specialty care physician online or by phone. Virtual medical visits are available for both new and current patients.
All patients with Medicare Part B are eligible for a free annual wellness visit with a trained Medicare wellness nurse. Together, you will review your health history, discuss care you are receiving from other providers, review your medications and establish a comprehensive care plan, including recommended screenings and preventative services. You will also learn about advance care planning and advance directives. Call our office to schedule your appointment for this important service.

We value your input in making decisions and developing a personalized plan to reach your health and wellness goals. We work with you to coordinate all of your health care needs — including preventive check-ups, sick care, specialty referrals and more. If you have an ongoing health issue, we will provide education and support so you can maintain your health.
We encourage you to always ask questions and speak up if you have any concerns regarding your medical care. Feel free to bring a trusted companion to any of your visits. Also, be sure to let us know if you receive care outside the ECU Health system so we can have a complete record. For each visit, bring your insurance card, photo identification and all medications including over-the-counter, vitamins and supplements.
