“Overall pleased but too long of a wait to get in”

I was pleased with Dr. Brody’s care and her concern towards addressing my questions.
My appointment went much faster than expected, based off past experiences with other providers who cleaned my ears, but that may have been due to having less wax this time or for other reasons.
My only complaint was with the 30 minute wait. When I checked in, I heard another woman checking in for a 215 apt also with Dr. Brody, while I was scheduled for a 220. I believe this is why I waited so much longer than anyone else in the waiting room waiting to see other providers.

Dr. Brody is the only physician who suggested that I get a sleep study because I informed her that I would wake up choking. The sleep study concluded that I have sleep apnea. Dr. Brody has been our family ENT for 16 years. I am so lucky to have found her when my first child was two. Since then she has cared and performed surgeries across the ENT spectrum for us. She is so experienced and thorough. Always asks questions to guide us to the proper treatment course. I come to Dr. Brody first because I know she’ll get to the bottom of the ailment in the most direct path. I wish all doctors were as great as Dr. Brody.

“Extremely effective and efficient doctor, assistants and office personnel”

I called in a small panic bc I had an event in 3 days and my ears were clogged. The office personnel gave me a same-day appointment. When I got to the office I waited only a short time and saw Dr. Brody, who was both knowledgeable and personable. She dealt with my problem then had me take a hearing test to ensure all was back to normal. Her assistant, Robin, and the woman who did my hearing test (sorry, I don't recall her name) were also very friendly and efficient. And now I can hear again! Absolutely an A+ experience - highly recommend!

Overall it was a good visit but it took too long. We spent more than an hour and 20 minutes for a simple hearing test with ear wax cleaning for my son. It was waiting to be called into the room. Once we were in the room it was more waiting. And than waiting for the hearing test and then waiting for the doc to come back to talk to us. And then waiting for a school note. All the waiting did a simple visit was uncalled for. Our time is just as valuable as your time

“I felt very comfortable that I was getting good care and advice from Dr. Agarwal .”

After my hearing test I saw Dr. Agarwal and he gave me a diagnosis (sudden sensineural hearing loss). He had a clear game plan…a regiment of high dose Prednisone and it that doesn’t work steroid injections which seemed like a reasonable plan. He listened to my questions. It was a great experience.

The doctor indicated a bit of concern regarding the handling of my ear issue by a doctor at the "Doctor's Office-Urgent Care" in Paramus. Does the Dr. consider the matter serious enough to be brought to the attention of the appropriate "authority?" (I am not suggesting anything like a malpractice action). “He diagnosed issue that 3 previous ENTs could not.”

He listens. He then identified the issue no other ENT could identify in the prior 5 years. He took the time he needed and I needed. He showed me the live pictures of my ear examination on camera. He then repeated the exam and taped it so that I could study it on replay while he pointed to the issue. He suggested a simple treatment that may or may not correct this chronic condition. He offered a Plan B we can explore if the initial “easy” treatment suggestion is not successful. He also removed a not so small sand pebble (from a recent beach trip) that another ENT either ignored or did not see in an examination only 4 days earlier. Most importantly he offered me hope. Yes he is personable, fun, and funny but most importantly he knows his business. I highly recommend Dr. Gold.

“So happy I went to see Dr. Brody for my ear itch.”

I went to Doctor Brody after a super uncomfortable ear itch that was waking me up in the middle of the night and all I was doing was going to google to self medicate myself, after a family friend told my wife how great she did with Dr. Brody I immediately called and scheduled an appointment for the next day, and boom problem fixed. Dr. Brody restore my hearing and took my ear itch away, now two weeks later I feel super great work no more ear itch a condition that I have been suffering with for more than 10 years. “Visit is fine but needs a lot of improvement”

The appointments are made way earlier than they can deliver and every single time we have come we have waited at least an hour and sometimes even more just in the sitting area. The patients time is not considered important and I guess they just want to make sure the patient is on the bell waiting whenever the staff becomes available, so this is staff eccentric place with little consideration for patients time. For a 5 minute time with the doctor we literally spend 2-3 hours from start till end. Also, doctor doesn’t like questions being asked and doesn’t have good bedside manners. When ever I have asked to repeat the instructions she is providing she gets annoyed like we are wasting her time. She is knowledgeable, skillful and there is no doubt in that, but doesn’t make the attitude right.

I was treated for a ear infection, which was not a real serious issue but quite painful. Dr. Brody is one of the only doctors I have met that I feel confident can diagnosis and treat medical issues. She is attentive, knowledgeable and listens to your symtoms. My questions were answered and my infection healed. One reason my experience with Dr. Brody was so positive was because she was not rushing me out to get to the next patient; she took her time to listen to me and I felt that my treatment was important to her. And also my time; appointments started on time with minimal wait. The office staff were efficient and Covid 19 protocols for safety were implemented (mask, temperature taking, clean facility). I felt safe going there. I would highly recommend Dr. Brody for anyone seeking quality care.

ENT & Allergy Associates was recommended to me when I had a painful earache that needed immediate attention, and my regular ENT was on vacation. IT gave me a same day appointment, and I took the first available doctor, Dr. Agarwal. Dr. Agarwal was EXCELLENT. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took care in his examination and treatment. He was patient, answered every one of my many questions, and gave me ear drops for pain on the spot. I have had ear and sinus issues most of my life, and consider myself to be an informed patient with high standards. I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Agarwal. I am thrilled to have another ENT I trust in the area.

I had been suffering for several months from what I thought was a recurring inner ear infection. Nothing I took or did seemed to make it better. I was losing hope that I would ever feel better. Today Dr. Lesserson gave me my life back. In less than 20 minutes he figured out what was wrong and fixed the issue. I feel 100% better. I can't thank his and his staff (especially Jessica) enough.

After doing a google search for another ENT, I chose Dr. Lesserson based on previous patient’s’ reviews; and I have to say he and his assistant lived up to everyone.

During my visit, Dr. Lesserson was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He asked the questions—but more importantly, listened to my responses. He was my 2nd opinion doctor; and had I known of him first—I wouldn’t need another opinion.

His Medical Assistant (I apologize that I am drawing a blank of her name at the moment), who was also extremely kind—assured me Dr. Lesserson would make me comfortable because that’s how he would want to be treated; and he did just that. He explained what he was about to do and, made sure I was comfortable. The procedure he performed was on the monitor for me the view; and once he completed the test—Dr. Lesserson MADE SURE I understood what he had just done and his diagnosis.

I could go on forever about my positive experience. I thank Dr. Lesserson and his staff for their kindness.

Recommendation by family doctor justified. Dr. Lesserson listens well, guides with explanations. Professional, appears up to date on literature on vocal cord issues. Gentle hands on cleaning ear wax. The Loooong wait in the waiting area is well worth it- he is generous with his time, never hurried.

I recommend Dr. Lesserson to anyone with ENT concerns.

“Life changing”

My 16 year old had ongoing sinus infections for over a year. After 3 months of treatments, Dr Brody ordered him a CT Scan then referred us to see Dr Gold for possible surgery. Dr Gold is extremely fun and friendly. We immediately felt very comfortable. He listened to our concerns, spent a fair amount of time. And before doing a nasal scope he explained what he was doing and gave time for a numbing agent to be effective. Dr Gold carefully reviewed the CT Scan & gave a clear explanation before recommending nasal surgery.We are so happy he did. Post surgery 1 week my son can finally breathe. Dr Gold removed his enlarged adnoids and performed sinus surgery to remove excess tissue that was causing an obstruction.

Super friendly office! From the ladies in the front who take the calls and are always courteous and professional; to Yemani his scheduler who made surgery happen super quick for us; to his team of nurses who took great care of all the patients before and after surgery.

Dr. Choe performed surgery to remove ear osteoma. Throughout the whole process, he explained my condition, the procedure and answered any questions I had leading up to the surgery. I felt at ease and confident in his expertise as a skilled surgeon and physician. At every visit, he provided post care instructions as well as a printed out materials which was very convenient.
