“The Doctor was wonderful and caring. And the staff was excellent.”

All of the office staff were extremely courteous and professional.
Crystal (the doctor's assistant) was very nice. My wife has not been well and she was very kind and empathetic.
Dr. Yelena was very patient and understanding with my wife and showed an extreme desire to help her get well. If you have to go to a doctor, they made it as nice an experience as possible.

“One of thee best experiences with any doctor in 30 years.”

The doctor and the nurse practitioner (Krystal) were, in an understatement, phenomenal! They were so throughout in explaining every detail in a clear and calm language. I felt genuinely listened to and comforted. An allergy test in undoubtedly an uncomfortable experience but they somehow put me at a "spa-like" ease. I felt like I was with a friend but also someone so competent and in control. They are obviously intelligent in their field but exceed expectations in their communication and bedside manner. I wish I could have them for all my medical needs. I feel completely confident with my health in their hands and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Probably one of the best Doctor's I have ever experienced. I was early for my appointment and they took me in quickly. His assistant who took me to the exam room was attentive and detailed. She clearly shared our conversation with the Doctor. He was informed when he entered the exam room and knew my history. He listened attentively, repeated my issues for clarity and started his examination. He explained everything that he was doing and more importantly, why he was doing it. After the exam, he gave he his detailed opinion. I felt as though I was listening to a very qualified and trusted professional. He is clearly an expert in his field. My personal Doctor suggested I see Dr. Jacobowitz for a second opinion, I drove 1 hr. to get to the office and I would do it many times over. GREAT DOCTOR!!! Highly recommend!!!

He is the most kind, caring respectful sensitive doctor I’ve ever had the experience of dealing with. He is gentle understanding and easy to talk to. He listened to me, asked me questions and was generally concerned about my well-being. This was my 2 week follow-up to my nasal surgery and I feel fabulous!! I suffered for 9 months in pain in my cheek/ sinus with severe sinusitis from dental surgery and after Dr. Ofer did my surgery I woke up in the recovery room and for the first time in 9 months, 24/7 I was not in any pain. I mean nothing!!! Dr. J is a genius!!!!!! My genius!!
Thank you doesn’t even come close to my Appreciation for the magic and the skill that that man has and what he did for me.
So for what’s it’s worth,
