I’ve been here a few times and I like it more and more each time. Everyone is welcoming especially the manager Meme. I’ve never meet someone nicer than her. Such a bright attitude and the way she responds to me is amazing. My favorite for sure. “Knowledgeable kind and caring Doctor soothed my ears”

Dr. Azodi was amazing. He kindly and warmly introduced himself, asked what my issue was (fullness / clogged ears) and quickly told me what he would do before operating. He quickly and painlessly removed excess earwax, gave me a Rx to deal with the issue going forward, and was kind and patient throughout my time spent with him. He answered all my questions fully and with respect. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Azodi for your ENT needs!

I was nervous about an exam but his empathetic demeanor made me feel comfortable. He comprehensively walked me through the treatment options and care plan. As usual, the staff was warm and professional. Dr. Alexander was as well, along with being thorough and attentive. I’m grateful I continued to see him through the years, the more I got to know him, the more I began to trust him. Dr. Alexander’s sharp assessment skills and thoroughness not only helped me but caused the discovery of another family member’s unknown health issue, which allowed her to get preventative treatment. Dr. Steven Alexander was great! I never really end up having to see a specialist for anything unless it's really serious. So it was nice to go in today and be evaluated in such a thorough manner, and he took the time to explain to me in detail what he saw, and our treatment plan for it. Twas a nice comforting experience all around. The M.A was also really sweet and gentle, and was able to speed up the process / make it easier for everyone - very time efficient while she was at it.
Front desk gentleman was on top of all my before and aftercare work and did so, very smoothly and with kindness.

I arrived at the office around 8:45 as I had. 9am appointment. I find out that my referral expired. No one from Dr. Alexander’s office checked to see if they needed a referral and if everything was set. They need to check and verify BEFORE the patient has an appointment. I called and made an appointment on April 6th and the gentleman on the phone told me to upload my doctor referral and I did. He said I am good to go for my 6/19 appointment. This was the 2nd time I had issues with my referral. Last time I could not see the doctor and I had to miss a day from
Work. This happened again today. The female by the front desk was rude and escalated the situation instead of trying to find a solution and to help me and to be more understanding. The office manager was nice to me and tried to help me resolve the issue.

I get weekly allergy shots at this location, so I'm a regular and have grown fond of the staff here (nurses and front desk know me). Over the course of getting my allergy treatment I've had insurance issues and I've had to cancel and reschedule last minute, but the billing and scheduling folks have always been very reasonable and accommodating.

Dr. Alexander met with me as soon as I had a problem, and he was extremely thorough and thoughtful about my experience. I had to have my throat scoped, and he was really careful while also being quick, so I had very little discomfort. I came as a first time patient to treat nasal breathing issues I've had for 1.5 years since contracting COVID. I wasn't expecting much in the way of help or relief, but I was certainly very wrong!! After seeing Dr. Alexander only ONCE for treatment and diagnosis, I was breathing like my old self in less than a week without issue!! Had I known I would have such a positive outcome and experience, I would have made an appointment to see him much sooner. He's knowledgeable and kind, listens to your concerns and is straightforward in his treatment. I'm grateful to him for saving my breathing and providing much needed and long sought-after relief. “Great experience with Dr. Alexander”

I had seen 3 different otolaryngologist for my otitis media which bothered me for more than 6months. Dr. Alexander was really patient and is the only one told me it should be fungus. After 5 days with the right medication, no more yellow discharge nor tinnitus.
