I walked into the office without an appointment. My nose had been bleeding for close to an hour. I asked if it were possible for me to see a doctor. For it was there or the ER. The woman at the front desk told me to wait a minute. She got me in! The doctor was extremely nice. I told him my story, he started the examination. He ended up cauterizing the vessel. He told me I was a good patient. I go back in 2 weeks for a follow up. Thank you once again.

My experience with the entire staff was excellent. This was my first time at this practice and have never been to an ENT before. The audiologist was friendly and comforting. She clearly set expectations. Dr. Bonafede was great, he took the time to listen to me and clearly explain his thoughts. I left feeling that I was in good hands. I would return to this office.

She made excellent recommendations for my asthma medication plan and scheduled a follow up visit. You can tell she's a doctor who cares for her patients health long term. Dr. Helfner was very thorough in taking a history and doing her physical exam. She examined my skin rash and immediately knew what we were dealing with. “Best experience with a Doctor I’ve ever had”

As someone who has spent most of his life with different chronic conditions, I’ve seen many doctors and many specialists. At Dr. Helfner’s office, I am a priority. Both the doctor and her nurses have been more attentive, patient, and helpful than anyone I’ve dealt with.
I was dealing with some really scary allergy related issues and they were careful and thorough with coming to a diagnosis. They were comforting throughout the whole process and made me feel like we were going to get to the bottom of it no matter what, and we did.
I couldn’t recommend this practice enough,

On the plus side Dr. Poulos and the audiologist, Michelle, were thorough and personable, especially the audiologist. On the negative side, I found the pre- appointment paperwork to be the longest i've yet encountered with a great deal of duplicate data to be entered. I tried to complete it beforehand via email but could not because a necessary number was not given to me by the person with whom I made the appointment. Your support personnel and military style lobby not nearly as good as your medical staff.

As I said, as a doctor he seemed competent and performed th no e procedure quickly and without any issues.
However, I did find him to be disrespectful after he had said “Hi Laura, I’m Dr. Poulas. For the sake of polite conversation I then asked him his first name and he responded, my name is Dr. Poulas.
Which in turn I said, “You can call me
Ms. Graf.”
Please note that he continued to call me Laura which I found condescending and disrespectful.
Everyone else at this practice beginning with the reception area to the Doctor of Audiology, (Amanda) were very polite, respectful, and efficient.

I came to see Dr. O’Donnell for dizziness. He elicited my symptoms explaining everything as he proceeded. He diagnosed me with classic case of vertigo and did a specific treatment which alleviated my symptoms and then gave specific instructions for the following days to enhance my relief.
Everything was done in the most professional and courteous manner, far beyond anything I’ve received in recent years.
He’s very approachable and congenial, which is helpful in making patients feel at ease asking questions etc.
He also treats my husband and son and in a short time will be treating my daughter. The best compliment I can give is that I’m so confident in his expertise, our whole family looks to him for our specialty care. Many thanks!

“Dr. O'Donnell correctly diagnosed and successfully treated an ear problem my daughter has had for years, that other doctors have not fixed.”

After going to several other doctors over the years, I brought my 8 year old to Dr. O'Donnell. He listened to our concerns, examined her, and gave a diagnosis & treatment plan (which he explained and made sure I understood). Within only a few days, after YEARS of discomfort, my daughter finally began feeling relief. After a week, her symptoms were completely gone, and have not returned (it's been over 3 months). We continue to follow Dr. O'Donnell's advice and guidance, and make sure to keep our f/u appointments with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a child who has an ear problem.
