The only negative that I can think of regarding this experience was the fact that we had to fill out numerous pages of paperwork for the new computer system they are on at this office when we filled out the exact same information just six months ago. 5 star is not enough… they should add a 6th star for medical professionals like Dr Snyder who care about there patients well being and spend the time to go over and necessary areas that may need a little addressing. He gave me a hearing test as well to make sure I was able hear effectively.

I arrived to office early, had completed all forms online prior to my visit, there were 2 people in waiting room. It took over one hour to be seen by the doctor. No apology nor explanation was offered by doctor nor staff. My actual appointment took less than 5 minutes. When I asked why there was such a delay, i was given a ridiculous reason that they “had a new system “. The “system “ had nothing to do with this delay, there were 3 people in waiting room and we had all finished our paperwork!

I made an appointment to get a new hearing aid. Dr Snyder checked my ears. The audiologist gave me a hearing test. I told him which hearing aid I wanted and told me I have to make another appointment. I went to the front desk to make an appointment, only to find out that I would have to wait three weeks and take off a day of work because they only have weekdays at 9 or 1. I plan to take my business elsewhere.
