I did not make my appointment through the call center that I called twice. They did not understand the reason for my visit as it was a very technical one. They would not schedule my appointment without having a hearing test. I will always refuse a hearing test since I am followed by my Audiologist. She calmed my nerves by letting me know she will fully be there to help me heal all the way, but I have to do the work. I like that she was direct but compassionate!
