Appointments are required for DOT exams, physical exams, FFD, return-to-work exams. Walk-ins are welcome for drug screens (Federal and non-Federal), hair drug screens, audiograms, spirometry testing, FIT testing, Titers, Vaccinations, TB tests. Worker’s compensation and post-accident patients are welcome.
