I have been a client here since my hospitalization last November. I am very pleased with the thorough workup they have given me here to control my endocrinology issues.
Nash has been my PA and we have a close relationship. She has done a lot to get me back to my best self. I appreciate being a member of this practice. From the front to the back of the office Dr. Lalani is blessed with a caring staff.

The staff was very helpful. I had nurse Jules who was very patient with me, I get weekly shots and get a little anxity

I get weekly shots for my medical issues and have worked with nurse ( Jules) who was very patience with my weekly shots. Sierra the medical records person helped me with my medical records and was helpful along with being cheerful. I see many specialist and have not seen this type of service with other providers. I have been going to this office for years and have been very happy with the whole staff. Blessings

i am a Radiologist with a significant endocrine problem for 20 years All other endocrinologists missed the diagnosis including very prominent institutions. he always spent time with me & had me log my readings every day for 15 years . he never rushed me & led me to my current regiment of almost 0 insulin. “The most thorough examination and game plan for care of my diabetes I have ever had in my 19 years in dealing with this disease.”

Great experience starting with Deedee who got me in to see the Doctor in just a single day. The staff was friendly end super efficient! “Very thorough”

The practitioners listen very well and then follow through with testing appropriately for condition/diagnosis. The staff is very helpful...the only issue I have had recently is with getting a called in prescription ordered correctly even after me following up.
It used to be very difficult to communicated when not at an appointment Had to leave voice messages which never got a return call...could never get a human to answer any line but that seems to have been resolved and no longer an issue.

“Amazing Practitioners”

I have been with this practice for over 16 years now and despite the changes that all medical offices experience, East Valley Endocrinology has maintained a very high level of care! Dr Lalani is incredibly smart, patient and kind and is without doubt an expert in his field. There are decidedly times you will have to wait in the office to be seen, but I always assure other patients that it's because Dr Lalani is so caring and spends all his time with you. Each patient wants that kind of care, so it's important to exercise some understanding and patience when waiting for an appointment! My best advice is, do not schedule your appointment on a lunch hour or when in a rush. The providers here will dedicate all the time necessary to your issue, but they will do so for all the other patients as well.
