Dr Shelly is the best dentist that I have ever been to. He and his staff are professional and very kind. They put me at ease during what could have been a challenging procedure. I had a root canal and Dr. Shelly and the attending dental assistant actually made me laugh during the procedure! Dr. Shelly also followed up with me later in the day after the procedure just see how I was.

I needed a root canal and another Endo stated he couldn't do it because the canal was calcified. When I contacted Dr. Shelley he looked at my X-Rays and wanted to take a look at the tooth. After a brief consultation, Dr. Shelley felt comfortable that he could successfully perform the procedure and he saved my tooth! He and his team are very professional, he listened to my concerns, formulated a plan and I trust his judgement entirely. If you need to see an Endo, please make sure you consult with Dr. Shelley.

Went in for an evaluation on a root canal previously done with pretty deep pockets. Doc was honest and offered several options for me to consider which is always nice as well as provided me his professional opinion on which direction he would recommend me go(while also saying he would be happy to go with my other decision if I so chose). The whole office otherwise does pretty cool things like the 3D scan and other imaging to help make a prognosis(and convince you it's correct, too).

First time getting root canal work done on tooth 24, the experience was great, no pain or issues. Modern equipment and atmosphere was great, piped in music while procedure is being done. Staff is friendly and nice facility,

During procedure, I would have appreciated more step-by-step explanation of what he was doing. I think it is very unprofessional of him and the assistant to be carrying on side conversation while working on me. I'm not unconscious, just immobilized. Makes me feel like they're not paying attention to the task.
