I've never had a bad experience coming here. The staff are always incredibly friendly and listen to my needs each time, on top of managing to get me in really quickly whenever I've had an issue pop up. They do a great job at explaining what is being done and figuring out any pricing and how to get things done in a way that doesn't break the bank when you need it as well.

My upper bridges that was installed by my former dentist over 15 years ago broke off. Due to his retirement, I am with another great dentist, Dr.Eric S Yao and his great team in Shoreline. Besides, the assistant who responses the phone is also very responsive. She usually answers the phone call quickly. Not like somewhere you need to wait for ages. And she helped me several times for rescheduling. I really appreciate all the help I got from Dr Yao

I've suffered at the hands of bad dentists. And that made me not want to go to the dentist at all. But finding Dr. Yao turned all that around for me. I'm no longer anxious before my visits. Dr. Yao recently replaced one of my old crowns (not one of his) which I accidentally pulled off while flossing with a new “younger” crown that feels and looks great. He also touched up some of the older fillings on my bottom teeth. Dr. Yao’s team includes two very experienced and talented dental assistants. Eva who helped with the touch up fillings and Cristina who helped with the crown replacement. I have to say beside every great dentist you always find great dental assistants. Great job team!

I appreciate the cleanliness and attention to hygiene at this office. I was called into the procedure room quickly, and the procedure was done courteously and professionally. My only issue is the recent switch from the big lamp over the chair to headlights for illumination. Even with sunglasses, the headlight is very bright and could trigger a ocular migraine for me. So far it hasn't, but I think patients should know in advance that they will be exposed to very bright light.
