“Absolutely great and worth it”

Dr. Randal and his staff were the main reason i chose to use him for my surgery. They were very welcoming and full of heart. He made me feel like this surgery was not just about profit but actually making a difference in my face and making sure I was happy with my results. Going in to this can be very nerve-racking but dealing with them made everything so calm and easy. His nurse Beverly went out of her way before and after surgery to make sure i was happy and doing okay. They gave me a sense of relief. Also, he did a wonderful job on my nose and it was not as a painful process as i thought it was going to be. Everything turned out just great and i am very happy!

Since I walked in the office I was greeted and treated with genuine respect. Everyone is friendly. Dt. Jordan listened to my concerns and came up with a step wise approach. I didn't feel rushed to do anything and he made me feel I could trust him with my face. It was important to me that I still look like me and not to end up w exaggerated features and he is the kind of doctor that will listen, not aggressive in trying to sell, he likes subtle chnges, he is very sensitive and very delicate w his craft.
