I had a fabulous visit with the entire office. The front staff are so warm and friendly. Everyone is so personal and caring. My insurance questions are always answered correctly and promptly. Just a great place to be and I highly recommend them!!!

“Very Very Patient”

Dr. Cousins and her team are VERY VERY patient with me even after I bit one of them (sorry) but they still make sure I keep all of my teeth healthy. They are friendly and gentle but thorough. They are the best and I hate the dentist. But I keep coming back to them after almost 10 years. Dr. Cousins is my dentist for life.

Since I was a child I have been a client of Dr. Cousin. My family and I continue to receive all of our dental needs through Dr. Cousin. She is truly a gifted dentist. “My Kind of Dentist!”

I have been a patient at Dr. Cousins’ office for over 15 years ,and if you want a painless, thorough and wonderful experience she is the dentist for you. Doctors especially dentists have never been my favorite place to visit, but with the education, care and treatment from Dr. Cousins and her staff, my experiences have been beyond pleasant. Melody, one of the doctor’s assistants is so gentle that I actually relax under her care which I never do while in a dental chair. Thanks for the great care!

Very diligent. Great customer service. The receptionist was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The billing specialist is top notch and followed through with my insurance company, so that I had nothing to think about. Dr. Cousins and her staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I wasn't sold many unnecessary things that some dentists try to do, but Dr. Cousins was upfront about my treatment. My husband comes here as well and we are both very pleased.

“Fantastic Experience as always!”

The staff here makes a routine and sometimes uncomfortable experience, a pleasure. I cant say I enjoy coming to the dentist office but I appreciate excellent service and a caring attitude each time I walk in the door!

I always have a great visit. Jennifer is always informative and gentle for my cleanings. Dr. Cousins is always very knowledgeable and answers all my questions about treatment. Lacey knows the insurance in and out and always has an accurate co-pay amount for me and explains my coverage extremely well. Overall another fabulous visit!

I live nearby so I walked in to make an appointment. They were very friendly and accommodating and I was able to get in pretty quickly. When I came, they were very personable and professional, and took very good care of me (especially as I have sensitive teeth). The doctor was willing to take time to speak with me, rather than rushing off to the next patient. I would definitely recommend her to a friend!

“Great Experience”

Being that one of my biggest fears is the dentist due to expected pain, I must say after much convincing from my employer, I was thoroughly surprised and pleased, very minimal pain and very informative.
Dr. Cousins gave me very detailed information on what we could do to get my smile back. I will be to visit her again!
