Our Emergency Department is designated as a Level III Trauma Center and receives patients from across Northeast Nebraska. Our ER is staffed with nurses and providers that are certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC). Air ambulance services, provided by Life Net, are available on-site 24/7 to assist or transfer patients when needed. We also offer educational programs to local and area Emergency Medical squads. Our ER sees an average of 1,200 patients per month offering specialized treatment rooms for trauma and psychiatric patients and patients experiencing chest pain.
