the dentist spends enough time with you explains everything in detail and works with you in billing the insurance and explains out of pocket expenses that is you have to pay
and works with you about how you will want to arrange the payment

I had a tooth that was hurting me for while now and Dr. Ami was nice enough to work me in to her very busy schedule.
