I have been very self confident about my under bags. People would tell me I looked tired and no matter how long I sleep or put cream under the eyes. “Life changing experience!”

For years I have been self-conscious about my stomach and back area. After giving birth 10 years ago, everything was just out of place. No matter how many sit-ups I did, my stomach was never in shape. Dr. Fiala gave me the body that I always dreamed of having. He contoured my figure with liposuction and removed the excess skin and fat with the tummy tuck. My results have been amazing and my confidence has soared. From the consult visit to the post op visit, Dr. Fiala and his staff made my surgery a wonderful experience. Their warmth and expertise put me immediately at ease. I am one week out from my breast reduction/lift and am ecstatic! The most pain I've had this week was a stomach ache from the 800mg Ibuprofen!!! No pain meds since! I could not have had a better experience or result with Dr. Fiala. He was very helpful guiding me in which direction to go to achieve a very natural looking breast. “Frankly, it's hard to please me..”

I contemplated liposuction for many years for stubborn abdominal and flank areas. My inaction in making an appointment was my fear of going to the wrong surgeon and ending up with a "botched job". On recommendation from a friend (who previously saw Dr Fiala), I decided to make my appointment. Dr Fiala took the time to address all my concerns. Dr. Fiala first gave me a consultation for my procedure 10 years ago, but I decided to wait until after kids. The impression was so great then that there was no question that I would return to his office.

“Breast Augmentation - Fantastic Aesthetic Result”

Dr. Fiala was awesome with listening to my request of creating a great aesthetic result that was not too much and not too little. I work in an engineering environment where I had concerns that getting a breast augmentation would be extremely noticeable in the workplace, however Dr. Fiala helped me determine an implant size that was not too big to get noticed with clothes on, but great to play up on the weekends. Post-op, Dr. Fiala and his staff were awesome with answering any questions!

After heavy research for the best qualified doctor, I found Dr. Fiala. I was completely over the moon with my results and had multiple females ask where I had my implants done. After having my implants for 10+ years, I decided I was going to move in a different direction with my body, and made the decision to remove my implants. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was so nervous making the first phonecall, but was put immediately at ease with Dr. Fiala and his staff. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and supportive, and I feel that is a genuine refection of Dr. Fiala and his personality. He was very easy to talk to....answered all of my questions, and most importantly helped me to correctly size the implants for the natural look I was trying to achieve. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Fiala to explore my options as I had already had a breast augmentation performed. Since having my third child, I noticed my breasts didn't sit the same way and wanted to look into having them redone. “My New Me Journey”

This is my second surgery with Dr Fiala, my first went amazing, I really couldn’t be happier with my results, turned out so much better than I expected, so obviously he was the ONLY choice for my tummy tuck procedure.

I came to Dr. Fiala with a very capsulated and painful implant issue. The staff were, friendly, informative and very helpful. I was really nervous as my 14 years ago my Dr was not nearly as good. They all spent time with me, explained every aspect of the surgery, even deflated my old implants so we could try on various shapes and sizes to make sure we had the right implant. After a 5.5 hour surgery and 3 months later, I LOVE my new breasts. Highly recommend Dr. Fiala and his staff!

I have had the best experience with Fiala Aesthetics! Dr. Fiala came highly recommended by friends and I now see why. I had an extended tummy tuck with minor muscle repair, lipo to the flanks, and a breast augmentation. I have never had the perfect body but Dr. Fiala sure has gotten me close to it. He still went with my wishes of breast implants without a lift and of course they aren't perfect just as he told me they wouldn't be. However I am VERY happy with the results. “I had a wonderful experience with my surgery!”

After having four babies and nursing all of them for 1 year each my breasts did not look like they use to. This was my second Augmentation done by Dr Fiala and his Amazing staff. My first augmentation was done by Dr Fiala in 2004 and lasted 14 years so I was over due to be redone. I had been wanting a breast augmentation for years but whenever I had a consult with a doctor, I always left slightly uneasy because I felt like they never really understood the results I was looking for. “Amazing! Beyond happy with my results.. All you should know”

I went to see 3 different surgeons and decided Dr. Thomas Fiala was the person I felt most comfortable with and he gave me the best options that I wanted. “Excellent physician and staff”

Loved my experience with Dr. Fiala. I did my due dligence and researched all of the central florida plastic surgeons for nearly a year and a half. Dr. Fiala was a homerun for me, I kept coming back. As someone in the medical field myself, I can tell you first hand he is a top notch physician, and his work is not only beautiful, but he is safe and intelligent and you can take it easy and know you are in exceptional care. I totally trust him, and would recommend him to anyone I know.

“AMAZING RESULTS”

From the beginning to the end Dr. Fiala and his staff have been very helpful, professional, and kind. “implant removal”

I want to start by saying, not only Dr. Fiala was amazing, his staff is excellent. I had both breast augmentation and implants removed by Dr. Fiala. After pregnancy I just didn't feel comfortable with the implants, and decided to get them removed. It was a much faster recovery, but it took at least three months for the breasts to start lifting back up, and start looking like normal breasts. Overall it was the best decision and I'm super happy with how they look.

“Exceptional”

I was looking for a long time for a good cosmetic surgeon in order to have my breast augmentation. A co-worker told me about Dr. Fiala, how her implants are doing great after almost 15 yrs and her satisfaction with the job. I came for a consult and told him for what results I was looking for. “I Love This Doctor”

The Staff, The Doctor, The environment, everything about this experience has been the best ever! At first I was so scared Doctor Fiala and his staff made me feel so positive and Cared for. I would do this again and again. I referred many people to him. He is the best. “Best experience by far”

I came into Dr.Fiala's office for the first time looking to get a breast augmentation. I had my hesitations because ive always feared of going too big and not liking my results or going too small and regretting i didnt go big enough. He informed me of all my options and explained to me in depth what would fit my body the best for the most natural look. Boy oh boy was I more than satisfied with the choice I made. “A-cup club no more!”

I came to Dr. Fiala after looking at before and after photos of breast augmentations on his website. Being a member of the A-cup club most of my life, I decided to take the plunge after having two children and two lifeless breasts. During my consultation I told Dr. Fiala the size and shape that I was longing for. From my consultation to now three months post-op, I am extremely happy with my breasts. “I could not have asked for better!”

I researched for over a year for a plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation wanting to make sure that I found the best in the area. “AMAZING!!!”

I couldn't be happier with my results and with the whole experience. Despite feeling nervous prior to my pre-op appointments I always left feeling calm and excited! The whole staff was spectacular. I can't say enough about my nurse during surgery. She made me feel so relaxed. The last thing I remember before being put to sleep on the table was her holding my hand and speaking to me so calmly. I couldn't be happier with the results of my breast augmentation. It was exactly what I wanted.

“Wonderful experience”

The experience with Dr. Fiala was wonderful from start to finish. I was nervous having a procedure around my eye area but the pre-operative visits with Dr. Fiala and his staff put my mind at ease. The downtime after the procedure was exactly as described and the result was fantastic. I do not even notice bags under my eyes anymore, which was something that bothered me on a daily basis before my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Fiala to family and friends. He is the best in town!

“Night and Day Difference”

I came to Fiala Aesthetics after having Gastric Bypass and losing 150+ pounds. Extra skin and fat pockets could not be lost or toned. During my research phase I went to 4 surgeons for consultations and Dr. Fiala and his office were by far the most professional, kind, and encouraging. I started with a Tummy Tuck and stayed the night in the office. The surgeon, anesthesiologist, and nurses were comforting and ensured I was comfortable at all times. “It took at least 20 years off the age of my eyes.”

This is the second time I have seen Dr. Fiala about different things. My first occasion is what brought me back to have the second thing done. Both experiences have been absolutely flawless. I really like the way my eyes look now. No heavy skin drooping over my upper eyelid and no bags and dark circles under my eyes.
