Dr. Basu consulted with an endocrinologist on my behalf to determine options to help prevent me from developing diabetes despite a strong family history. I appreciate the time she spent with me; she listened to my concerns attentively and was able to address them.

Dr. Basu is a good listener and asks the most import question of “how are you feeling?” That is both open ended enough to start an open dialogue. She is prepared and understands my medical background but doesn’t jump to conclusions and makes me feel empowered.
