“Amazing, Clean, Friendly, Organized, Kid Friendly”

Dr Jennifer and her staff is honestly amazing! Other dental places I took my 3 year old daughter to were, they were only able to count her teeth. First Impressions made my 3 year old and 6 year old daughter feel very comfortable. They were able to do a full cleaning and x-rays on both girls. They came out of the room smiling and laughing. The process from check in to the consult when they were done was streamline and enjoyable. I am beyond excited that we have found this dental office and look forward to our next visit.

Today was both my children's first time at this location with this dentist/staff. I was incredibly impressed!! The staff was incredibly patient with my babies and myself, they spent a great deal of time listening to my concerns, answering my questions and informing me of their findings in detail. I recommend FIDKIDS to everyone I know with small children. Between the staff and the environment, my kids never want to leave. A++++

My 6 year old was very nervous and never has had a positive dental visit. Today he had a awesome visit and experience! They took their time with him and he came back to me all smiles! Our two children with autism and sensory processing disorder have challenges with oral care. From the moment we walked in the office, they were made to feel comfortable by warm, welcoming staff. The play equipment in the lobby allowed them to get awesome sensory input before the appointment. The hygienist took her time with us and made our kids comfortable. Dr. Moseley-Stevens is great with our kids. Patient, helpful, gentle, and makes our kids' dental experience a positive one. We're very happy!

Our child is afraid of dentists and dont allow them to work on his teeth. Our visits to dentist offices, outside of First Impressions, usually end with our child screaming. At First Impressions, with Jennifer, they are capable and competent to get the job done without having to listen to my child scream or being afraid. That says a lot for me.

“What an amazing place! ”

This place is so amazing! I can't say it enough. All of the staff here friendly and nice. They communicate beautifully and try their best to make the whole outcome the best. I loved all their tips and how great they were with my 3 year old. While other dentist wanted to do aggressive treatments Dr Turner recommended and did a less aggressive treatment that achieved the same results. I'm happy to see my little man do well and we will definitely be returning. I highly recommend them and trust them fully with my little man. Thanks for providing such a wonderful service.

I really like the fact that he makes my son feel comfortable and takes the time to explain things to me. The whole staff is dedicated to making the kids experience the best that it could be. Any time I have any concerns or questions I feel that they get answered right away and solutions provided on how to fix the issue or the best treatment. I would not take my child anywhere else.

My daughter fell and sustained significant trauma to her front teeth. I called all over Appleton with no luck to get her in immediately anywhere. My daughter has always gone to First Impressions, however, this was a Thursday and they are in our location on Monday and Tuesday. She was bleeding badly and I needed her to be seen ASAP. One of her front teeth was loosened and the other was dangling in her mouth. I finally decided to call First Impressions anyway, I figured I could at least get some advice on where to go. They forwarded me to their Suamico location where my daughter's dentist, Dr. Jennifer, happened to be working that day. It was a 40 minute drive, and it was after hours already, but Dr. Jennifer said that she would stay late and wait for us. She stayed two hours after to help my daughter that day and gave us the only hope we had to save her teeth before it was too late! I am beyond thankful for Dr. Jennifer and her staff! I have no idea what I would have done if it wasn't for her.

Since the first phone call I was impressed, friendly and helpful on the phone. They where able to get us in for a second opinion with in a week and worked with our schedule. At the appointment we were greeted with a smile, and friendly tone. Our son loved all the things they have to keep him busy until his appointment making it so he is able to get his hyper activity out in the waiting room and not in the chair. Second opinion was great they informed us parents that it was not as bad as the first place made it sound. Before we left we had a plan of treatment, quote (very reasonable), and a next date set. Our son counted down the days to go back he was so excited, we got there and they remembered all 3 of our names. They were spot on on timing, and connected to my son making him feel safe in what can feel like a scary place. The Dr. made sure to explain everything not only so that we knew what was going to happen and what did happen but so that our 4 year old son could also understand. They really put us first and work with us through everything. Great staff and Dentist highly recommended, even with a child with hyper activity. They take their time and make sure each person feels at home and welcome and leaves with a smile, even after having work done that would scare an adult. I just can not say enough good things about this place!!!!

My daughter was scheduled for two fillings on two different molars and a cap on a third molar. Dr Turner reviewed her XRays and teeth and decided to adjust her needs. Due to the care Isaac receives from Dr. Turner, he has had no problems so far with the health of his teeth and looks forward to seeing the dentist to be sure his teeth remain healthy and cavity free. We have always been treated as a priority, and our questions and concerns taken seriously and responded to in kind.
