My son started phase 1 of his orthodontic treatment when he was 8 years old. The staff was wonderful with him. They took time to help him understand the best way to keep his braces clean and what foods to avoid. Phase 2 started when he was 12 and was a breeze. Having an office in Winnebago certainly made appointments for adjustments much easier for us. We were lucky, and never had a single broken bracket or loose wire!!

The waiting room is very relaxing, the visits are just as long as they say they are going to be, they really work with you on scheduling appointments. Staff is always friendly and flexible when needing to schedule or change appts at the eleventh hour. My child was 7 at the age of consult and was very apprehensive post consultation. The office staff made the first visit fun, exciting and took all her anxiety away. The unknown became the known and the work began quickly. The Dr. is amazing, he anticipates work in advance to prepare the patient/family. The timeline he provided was spot on. We did have a bit if difficulty with the expander and the Dr. made time promptly for us to come in and be shown this again!
