Called at 12 to report that my 10 year old was complaining of tooth pain and was given an appointment for 3pm with Dr. Ed. We walked in and were escorted back immediately, Within 10 minutes the exam and xrays were completed and we were sent on our way with a diagnosis of "teething pain" and instructions to treat with Motril and oil of clove. An absolutely wonderful experience all around. Thanks Dr. Ed and Flanders Pediatrics!

I think that locking patients out in the hallway due to lunchtime closure is disrespectful and unnecessary. We take time out of our day, take off of work to get here and seeing the office staff inside the glass doors and being spoken to through the glass doors is disrespectful. You can always stagger staff lunchtimes to manage all appointment times. Otherwise experience was great as usual.
