The front staff was funny and welcoming. I have been to different dermatologists and no one could figure out how to help me. I was scheduled with PA Hammerling and she has been heaven sent. This was my first skin exam that I have ever had and I was comfortable the entire time. The team was patient and understanding and gave clear directions so I was not confused as to what I needed to do. They were very calm and explained my insurance and expected costs and made sure I was okay before proceeding. They took a lot of scary words and broke them down for my so I had no anxiety or nervousness at all.
