“Awesome experience at Frankford Dental”

So I came to Frankford dental not knowing what to expect. From the time I walked in until the time I left I was extremely happy. The whole staff was awesome simply put. They smiled, kept me positive even though I was very nervous. They were one of the most pleasant office staff I was ever around. The Dr was great and the staff was very helpful. I could type for hours about them, but simply put, they are great people and very pleasant to deal with. I have not one negative thing to say. I would 100% recommend then to anyone.

“Felt a lot better when I left the office.”

The doctor is an artist in the dental profession. I was afraid of going to the dentist, Dr. Sotelo changed those feelings when he started the procedure of taking care of my teeth. He is an artist at work. There is absolutely no pain when he starts to work on you. He talks you through the procedure and before you know it the procedure is completed. The other aspect of the practice that makes a visit to Dr. Sotelo's office pleasurable is the pleasant atmosphere in the office. You are treated like an important person. I strongly recommend a visit to Frankford Dental Care.

“Delicate Dentist, Friendly staff!”

From the door to the dentist's' chair FDC cares about their patients. The staff is very friendly and remembers each patient. Dr. Pablo is a very gentle in his examinations and cares for each patient's well being. The office is very comfortable environment.

“The Best dental experience I ever had ”

To start the landscaping is beautiful. Upon arrival from the initial consult provided a warm welcoming feeling. The staff was very kind and helpful. They're patient and gracefully juggled the task of caring for patients on the phone, and in the office. Gilmary the receptionist was attentive, pleasant and welcoming; changing the tv set to accommodate my children. I have been serviced by both dental hygienist and both lady were kind, gentle and pleasant. The Doc was great. He explained all the issues, and procedures in a language I can understand. They provide me with a sense of comfort. Louise advocated with the dental insurance, and flex account in attempt to have them authorize me to use my flex account for copays. In all my experience was wonderful.
I highly recommend this dental office 100%.

“So Lucky I Found This Office”

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, and trying a new dentist can be very scary. However, Dr Sotelo is extremely personable and knowledgeable. The entire staff is so kind and friendly, it takes all of the fear out of going to the dentist. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends!

“I am not afraid of the dentist anymore”

Dr. Sotelo is the best Dentist I have ever been to! First off not only is Dr. Sotelo professional and smart but all of his staff are warm and very welcoming which made the experience even better. Dr. Sotelo is very knowledgeable and diagnoses patients appropriately. His calm demeanor makes the whole dental experience worthwhile. I used to avoid dental care but now will be coming to Dr. Sotelo every six months.

“Fantastic Service”

Dr. Sotelo was great, all of my procedures went well and when I did have a problem he fixed it right away. I was always afraid of going to the dentist because the procedure would always hurt but the doc numbed my mouth so well that I didn't feel a thing. I wish I found him years ago.

“Wonderful Dentist and Professional”

Both my husband and I have been a patients of Frankford Dental Care and Dr. Sotelo for over three (3) years now. The experience we both have had with all the services we have received here are best. Dr. Sotelo is a very prepared professional in his field and also a very good person. He treats all his patients with the respect and care they deserved. We have also witnessed that all his personnel are very respectful and professional too with all patients. We have recommended Dr. Sotelo to people close to us and they think the same way. We will definitely continue to be his patients and hope he stays in the area of Philadelphia for many years yet to come.

I had a wonderful and positive experience. The dentist was kind, sensitive, and caring, and explained in detail my treatment plan. He also welcomed questions. The assistant staff are warm, friendly and also quite sensitive to the "fear" people might feel if they have not visited a dentist in some time. This all occurs in a very professional setting.

“Fantastic”

Dr. Sotelo is awesome! He is a very nice, caring and talented doctor...and he definitely knows how to choose staff members! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was very nervous to have the injection due to a fear of needles, but Dr. Sotelo and his assistant, Rosa, really calmed my nerves and even made me smile and laugh. I also did not even feel the injection! Between the staff, the atmosphere, the Doctor, the lack of pain, and the cookies...I am surprised to say I can't wait to come back!
