“Love this office for all my botox and fillers”

This office is amazing, I have gone to both Dr and his nurse suzanne for all my injectables and they both have not disappointed me! My botox never seemed to last at the other places I have tried. I also recently had a facial with their medical esthetician Fernanda and have never seen such dramatic results after a treatment. My skin feels and looks amazing! I have referred many friends here and they have all been pleased. Thank you everyone at Gallery Of Cosmetic Surgery for being so lovely.

“Best facial surgeon in orange county with great care”

I am turning 60 this year and my turkey neck and jowls made me very self-conscious. As a real estate broker, my appearance is very important to me. I have researched for the past 5 years and have consulted with the most well known doctors in plastic surgery. I have consulted with doctors from Beverly Hills to San Diego. Every doctor always wanted to do more than I wanted. I was not ready for a full face lift. I just wanted someone who would "listen" to me and just do a minimal lower face lift. I saw what someone very close to me went through when they had their traditional face lift. Following the surgery, their face became extremely swollen and the recovery had a few unexpected minor complications and needed several adjustments. I had put off the needed "neck lift" long enough. I woke up one morning and decided it was time. I searched the web for "weekend face lift" and "Dr. Kevin Sadati, Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery" came up. I liked how all the results on his website looked so natural. His staff was very welcoming and attentive. They all made me feel comfortable and were very reassuring. They were available to help me with any concerns or questions prior to and post surgery. They are all very personable and caring. The day of the procedure I was excited and nervous. Dr. Sadati and his staff helped me feel comfortable. After the procedure, I had nominal discomfort. Dr. Sadati and his staff explained the healing process clearly. I followed all his instructions and with medication was able to control any minimal discomfort. There was minimal swelling and bruising. Whenever I became anxious or worried and called they were more than accommodating. They took the time to see me to answer any questions I had. I knew that I needed a procedure that would allow me to get back to work as soon as possible. Within two weeks I was able to go out and visit with a friend. You can't even see where the incisions are. They are small and well hidden. I looked so natural post surgery that all my friends kept telling me that I looked "amazing!" My husband says I look 20 years younger and can't believe how great the results are! I am very happy with my results and Dr. Sadati will be my "go to" doctor for anything I need. I am referring all my friends to him.

My experience with Dr. Sadati was excellent! From my first office visit to the post OP follow up, Dr. Sadati and his staff were very welcoming and courteous. Dr. Sadati is very thorough and explains what he will be performing for your procedure and what to expect through out the process. He is truly and artist and crafted my nose exactly the way I wanted and most importantly I am breathing much better. Thank you Dr. Sadati!

“Great experience with Radiesse in my radix”

Dr. Sadati takes his time to listen to your concerns and I actually wanted something corrected surgically and he opted for me to correct it non-surgically with a filler. I was really impressed because I think most surgeons would have tried to upsell you and take your money. Aside, from this, the result was great. He fixed the radix of my nose and I love the way it looks. I only have to go in every year or so for a small touch up and Kay and Janet are awesome, too. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. In fact, 1 of my friends has had surgery with him and another comes to him for Botox and Juvederm.

“Dr Sadati's office is very pleasant and extremely accommodating.”

I went to Dr Satadi on a referral from another Doctor. I have had problems breathing since I was a young girl. I had been to other Doctors who said there was nothing wrong with my nose. I knew there was I could see it. I finally decided to not take no for an answer I wanted to breath better. I found Dr. Sadati on the first visit he pulled my cheek away from my nose and for the first time I breathed cool fresh air, I didn't even know it was supposed to be cool like that. I wanted to breath like that all the time. I was going on vacation in 8 weeks, and within two weeks I was in surgery. They worked with my insurance to rush an approval, and even worked late to make sure they got the approval from the insurance. I can not thank him and his staff enough, I CAN BREATH! My life is so different I don't yawn all day anymore, I don't have to take a nap everyday. I don't wake up tired. I have energy to do whatever I want whenever I want.

“Could not be happier with my breast augmentation!”

“Everything Dr. Sadati promised came true! Better than I even expected.”

I am 61 years young had a sagging jaw line, neck and tired eyes. There was zero pain during or after the procedure. Everyone is telling me how great I look, but don't know that I had what I am calling a "beautification treatment". I have only positive things to say about Dr. Sadati and his staff.
