When my digestive issues began I was seeing a different doctor. I was extremely disappointed with the care and bed side manner of my first doctor. Once, I was able to see Dr. Shannon and his N.P. Hannah I was blown away by the care, concern, and treatment plan put together for me. I have been feeling so much better after following the treatment plan from Hannah. I could not put into words the gratitude I have for Doctors who care and want the best for you and believe you when you say you are not feeling well. Thank you!

From the time i made my appointment to my first visit, the staff was great. I did see the Nurse Practioner for my first visit and Ms. Hannah was very pleasant. She explained everything so that I could easily understand. The wait time in the office is about 15 minutes once i had finished all my new patient information. The nursing staff was great! I would recommend Dr, Shannon to my family and friends.

Dr. Shannon came highly recommended by a nurse friend (she should know!) and said reports about his surgery center are consistently very good and that patients always rave about him. Sure enough, he put me right at ease and was extremely reassuring before, during and after the procedure. He sent me home with a full report including pictures and followed up with a detailed letter of findings. I totally trust him and wouldn't go to any other GI doctor!

She stated that she had to change her husband's appointment several times & was always treated so nicely. I commented that this is a different staff than I experienced the last time I was here, but they were friendly, too. I said I had the feeling that you have to be kind & friendly in order to work for Dr. Shannon, as he is that way himself. The nurse, Monica, was helpful & attentive. Dr. Shannon was friendly, listened carefully, did not make me feel rushed, offered suggestions - all with a kind & professional manner.
