“Danger! Billing errors will put you in collections!”
Let me first say I can't believe I'm actually writing this review. I've attempted multiple times to resolve this issue and like another review, I too was abruptly referred to a separate billing company. Four months later and several calls later, I'm being referred to a collections agency and I still can't get the GIMG to help me.
While the office staff is ok in person and Dr. Zweig can be exceptional, my troubles with Tara Robertson and the billing/insurance staff have been inexcusable. They will not return calls, they are rude to the point of not even being able to hear what is being said to them, and no matter what they say, they will not followup.
I've wasted hours trying to resolve this situation and I am paid by the hour. Now I have my credit threatened, have lost hours of work, am spending additional money to try to resolve the matter, and have nothing to show but a heightened level of stress because this can actually jeopardize my job, as my company does random credit checks.
Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere! After six years, I will be.
