I had my first appointment with Dr. Charles yesterday, and it was fantastic. It has been a while since I have been to the dentist and it showed at the expense of my teeth. I think there is nothing worse than a doctor of any field talking down, belittling or guilt tripping you in any way. That is why I stopped going many years ago. I was nervous going for my extraction appointment, but Dr. Charles is very professional. He treats you like family, with respect & dignity!

“Wonderful Experience”

I want to send a huge thank you to Dr Charles and his staff. He personally answered his emergency line and helped me when no one else would. Today he and his staff stayed late so I could come and have the procedure needed! Charming and professional, they all helped calm my fears, prepared me for the dental work I needed, and eased me thru ! Canandaigua is fortunate to have gained such an empathetic and caring man who also is a skilled provider.
