“Extremely happy patient”

Dr. Greco and his staff made my entire surgery experience so seamless and easy. I expected a lot of pain and discomfort and literally had none. I now feel so much prettier and therefore more confident in every area of my life.

When I first consulted Dr. Greco about having a facelift, I wasn't sure what to expect or what the operation entailed. He took photos of my face and showed me with his computer program, the areas that would benefit from the facelift surgery.

Dr. Greco was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Based on my consultation I decided to have the facelift surgery and also laser surgery under my eyes.

Not only is Dr. Greco an extremely skilled surgeon, he is also an artist. He really looked at my face and did exactly what needed to be done so that I looked younger and fresher but without the strange tight look that I've seen with so many facelift surgeries.

Dr. Greco's staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful and kind before, after and during surgery. They all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Follow up was incredible with Dr. Greco phoning every day.

I was amazed that I had almost no pain. I never took the pain pills or tylenol, even the first night.

I absolutely highly recommend Dr. Greco. He is the best at what he does. I am extremely grateful to him and to his staff.

Dr. Greco is an outstanding, gifted surgeon. I had noticed my turkey neck getting worse and my face was sagging. I wanted to look refreshed and natural. That is exactly what Dr. Greco achieved. He called personally every day for several days after the surgery. Speaking directly with him eased my concerns as I was healing. “Flawless”

As humans, self-esteem is something we strive to have a surplus of. We read books, go to seminars and vent to others to improve. Image is a significant source of our self-esteem and I can say confidently, without hesitation and unequivocally that I have more self-esteem and confidence after this procedure. Also, seldom in life do things happen smoothly, without a hitch or a bump in a road. This entire experience has been the exception to the rule. Dr. Greco and his entire staff, from his secretary, to his professional and friendly nurses to the Doctor himself. They all made the process a joy. From the pre-op, to the operation day itself to the days following where the Doctor would literally call to check up on you, even on the weekends. Now that's service. I could not be happier with the end results. Trust your face to a specialist, indeed.

Dr Greco really listened to what my issues were and he took the appropriate time to discuss what I wanted, what he could achieve and how he would do it. “Excellent care, treatment, follow up, and results”

I have been a nurse for 30+ years and spent most of my professional career in the operating room. When I decided to have a rhinoplasty, I wanted a double-board certified plastic surgeon to perform the procedure.

The care I received from Dr. Tim Greco and his staff was outstanding. “Dr Greco changed the way I feel about myself”

Dr Greco was recommended to me by the skin care practice that I go to in New Britain, PA. I was on a skin care regime for a few years and the next step was fillers and botox, not something I wanted to do. I wanted something more permanent. “Dr. Greco Review”

The purpose of this review is to provide support for someone of the same ethnicity (Afro American), that may be pondering having a plastic surgery procedure performed, but there are no identifiable images to help make an informed decision. I first came to see Dr. Greco in the year of 2015 for evaluation of my weak chin, and double neck. Dr. Greco made me feel comfortable. My concerns were evaluated, and a plan was developed for me; a chin implant, and neck liposuction (cervicoplasty). One year later, in March of 2016, I had the procedure performed. Having a weak chin gave my face a puffy appearance, and my neck a very fleshy appearance. The chin implant has drastically improved my profile, and now I truly have the chin I desired, and no more double neck. Dr. Greco is a compassionate and caring surgeon, and walks you step by step, through what you will experience following your procedure. Dr. Greco is very thorough, listens to you, and answers your questions. I am 100% satisfied with my choice of being Dr. Greco's client, and having assurance in his competence.

With each passing year the skin under my chin & neck began to sag more & more. I looked like my mother! When the skin laxity became critical, I came to Dr. Greco. “I Look Better Than I Thought I Would!”

I came here with trepidation but the desire to look less tired. I felt younger than my face showed and I do television so I had a further impetus to take an action. I just wanted to have my eyelids "tweaked."
I ended up taking the advice of Dr. Grecco and going a step further to remove the bags under my eyes and smooth the skin under them as well. He also smoothed my frown line.
Six months later I am in awe of my appearance and his work. I have also never met an office team of professionals who read your mind as soon as you walk into his lovely office. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind, considerate and beautiful inside and out.
Dr. Grecco is one of the nicest and most genuine physicians with a great gift and wonderful personality. I highly recommend this team for your youthful look

Cosmetic surgery can be somewhat scary. Dr, Greco from start to finish, made me feel confident and excited that my decision was a good one.
Dr.Greco's expertise, combined with his comforting bedside manner provided a wonderful experience. I have never met a physician before that genuinely cares about his patients the way he does.

“better than i could have imagined”

I came to Dr Greco when I was considering getting a rhinoplasty. I had been to other doctors and I had another consultation scheduled, but after meeting with him I cancelled the other consultation and asked to make an appointment for the procedure. I work in the entertainment industry, and his professionalism, discretion, and confidence are absolutely unmatched. He showed me a digital rendering of what results I could expect, and it's almost uncanny just how accurate that digital rendering was. The end result was fantastic, the recovery was painless and Dr Greco followed up with me every day after the procedure to make sure everything was as it should be. “WOW, Had I only known before”

To begin with my wife has had work done previously and I always thought myself as being "young" but not needing any work. I work out and keep my body looking as good as I can. One day I had a good look in the mirror and I did not like the "gobbler" that I developed and my eyes were all puffy and old looking. I realized that if my wife can do this why not me. I want to look as good as she does so I pulled the trigger after much internal debate.

I opted to use Dr. Greco whom even though I knew personally who did work on people that I knew I had to do further research for my own comfort level.
After much contemplation I made my initial consultative appointment with Dr. Greco. It turned out to be a great experience, he LISTENED to what I was saying and what I was not happy about with my looks. Through the use of electronic wizardry he showed me my before and after pictures of what I could look like. 10 years younger at least!!!

I scheduled the surgery and had everything done that I wanted, eyes, neck, etc. The surgery went extremely well and the results were absolutely amazing. My eyes are open, my jaw line is defined and my gobbler is now gone!! Hell yeah..... Did I say 10 years younger? Ha try 15-20 wow.

Having Dr. Greco doing my surgery was the best choice I ever could have made. Saying I am pleased is an understatement.

The first thing I liked about Dr. Greco was how much time he was willing to spend with me. I was making a huge decision that required a financial obligation. “I was In the best of hands!”

For many years I have always thought about enhancing my nose. My nose was crooked and had a hump... it was very uneven and I was always insecure about it. The staff of nurses and technicians gave a detailed pre operation briefing and answered all questions. I had an issue with anesthesia during a previous surgery. They called the hospital and found the name of the drug. They assured me that their anesthesiologist would not use this. Dr. Greco gave me a visual presentation showing the expected results of the planned surgery which helped with my decision. After surgery, I had a post op office exam and Dr. Greco called me the following days all to make sure there were no problems. He is very caring of his patients. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and would recommend Dr. Greco and his staff to anyone wanting to improve their facial appearance. In addition to his surgical skills, Dr. Greco is a nice person.

“Amazing Experience!!”

I had one side of my nose that was almost entirely blocked by damaged cartilage due to a broken nose earlier in my life that was never repaired. Over 25 years later, the blockage got worse and worse. I met Dr. Greco and he immediately put me at ease as he was confident he could fix it. Not only could he fix the blockage so that I can breathe, there were some cosmetic changes requited. We immediately scheduled the procedure. Now, at one month after the procedure, I"m completely blown away by the results. I can breathe perfectly - going from what was probably 80%+ blockage to zero. And my nose is now straight and the cosmetic changes turned out great. I highly recommend Dr. Greco. His care before, during, and after the procedure was beyond what I expected. He exceeded all expectations. And he has an amazing staff who equally care, who are kind and very attentive. I could not have expected a better experience!

“I love my nose...thanks to Dr. Greco!”

I never liked my nose and went to Dr. Greco to look at options. He helped me with pictures to see what a difference refining the tip and other subtle changes would make. It was very important to me that I still look like me and my only fear was that I would appear greatly altered. At nearly 6 months out, no one has noticed that I had a nose job...but I keep hearing how great I look. Couldn't be more thrilled. I am an artist and I felt from the initial consultation that Dr. Greco has an artistic eye.. which was just as important to me as his surgical skills. I had come to Dr. Greco years ago to have eyelid surgery. I felt my eyes did not look quite as bright as they once were. My results were phenomenal! I knew I would eventual feel the same way about my face but wasn't quite there yet. I began to see a lot of discoloration of my skin and quite a few precancerous spots appeared on my forehead and down the right side of my face. I also had a lot of lines around my lips and chin and eyes. Back to Dr. Greco I went and told him I had been very happy for 11 years now what could I do to improve my appearance for the next 11 years. He recommended the CO 2 laser. He said that would give me the best result for the longest period of time. there was some discomfort the first few weeks. My skin was very red and I was very swollen. Dr. Greco and his staff saw me every week until the redness got better. It was really 3 months before I looked better. But wow after 4 months my skin looked fabulous. I have no wrinkles and my skin is a wonderful color with perfectly even coloration. I am thrilled with the result. I cannot believe how good it looks. It did take patience for 3 months but I had total faith in Dr. Greco and I just knew it would turn out great. I am so thankful that he and his staff were so encouraging along the way. “An overall great experience with a surgeon that you can trust”

I was always self-conscious about my nose because of how crooked it was. In addition, I also had a breathing problem. I only liked one side of my face. When I was getting my picture taken I only liked the ones with my good side and when I was talking to someone, I would angle my head so that they can only see my good side. Dr. Greco understood my insecurities about my nose and gave me hope to finally show the other side of my face. Throughout the consultations, surgery, and post-op appointments, Dr. Greco has been kind, patient, and understanding. Specifically during the healing process, he would call me to see how I was recovering and if I needed anything from him. This showed that he really cares about his patients. Dr. Greco's team was also wonderful as well. They were so kind and patient and were willing to answer any questions that I had about my rhinoplasty. “I am very happy with my experience from beginning to end.”

Its been almost 4 months since my surgery. I think Dr. Greco is an artist. I trusted him from my initial consultation because he explained in detail what he could and couldnot do for me. It was important for me to have realistic expectations. I am very happy with my results. The post op care is incredible. Dr. Greco FaceTimed me for a week to check on my progress. This is in addition to the frequent office visits. I cant leave a review without mentioning his staff. The receptionists, nurses, aestheticians were all knowlwdgeable, friendly and helpful. Before my surgery I called many times and spoke to Susan. She was very patient and answered every question I had. Susan is responsible for taking the payment. “Amazing! After my first consult-I knew Dr Greco was the right Dr!!”

I originally came to Dr. Greco after seeing him on tv. I was definitely nervous about the ideal of someone altering my face, but after a few minutes I realize that he really cares. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and are happy with your results. Originally, I got an upper eyelid lift it took years off my eyes. After two years of playing with the fat under my chin I knew who I needed to see despite the fact that I live on the West Coast now. I have never had a Dr call me 3 days in a row over a weekend following surgery (chin tuck) just to check in on me. When I didn't answer he even called my daughter to make sure I was okay. He is the best!! Can't say enough about him and his staff. Thanks to Dr. Greco I like looking in the mirror again. He took at least 10 years off my over 50 face!

I truly went into this process a bit skeptical. I wasn't sure if I wanted the procedure completely. However, looking back I would recommend to anyone who decides to go through the surgery. I came to Dr. Greco about my nose. Breathing, smelling and just functioning was a battle my entire life. I had a severe deviated septum, which I was interested in getting fixed along with the shape and look of my nose. I also was interested in lipo under my chin area. My results, were incredible!!!! First saw doc in 2006 for total Dermabrasion to remove acne scaring. Was very pleased 85% of the scars are gone. I have continuted to see him for botox and just had laser resurfacing around nasolabial fold also very pleased with the results. And will continue to see doc on a regular basis.

“very personal and a successful outcome”
