“Exellent!!!!”
I am a 63 year old Viet Nam Veteran, and developed a bad rash on my right side. So I went to the Emergency room at the Veteran's Hospital in San Juan.
That is where I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lugo (he was my attending physician).
I am not particularly fond of hospitals, so was I was a little apprehensive about going. I went at the insistence of my wife (the boss). Dr. Lugo immediately washed away all my concerns the moment he opened his mouth.
When he brought up my information in the computer screen, and saw that I had Shingles, he relaxed me even more with his detailed knowledge of my condition. Dr. Lugo explained in "Layman's" terms what I should expect and my treatment. My only regret is that he is not my primary Doctor.
