Dr. Angermeier is the greatest hand doctor I could have hoped for considering the amount of pain I was in before seeing him. My hand looks great, the scar is so small it's barely noticeable, and I could not have asked for more. My ability to type again without pain was my main concern and I can now type without an issues. The entire staff is great, from the ladies up front to Rachel, and I am very pleased with my experience here.

“Dr. A made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hads”

when I was in the ER after a cat bite and the Dr. stated I needed a hand surgeon I was nervous and uneasy as I had a prior experience when I was younger, with a different hospital/dr that wasn't a good one. When he both spoke to me on the phone and in person, when he arrived (it was a Sunday at the ER), he made me feel relaxed and I trusted he would do the best job. I am very appreciative that he was the on-call doctor and for the great job he did on my finger.

“This was a great experience! It was efficient and helpful.”

Getting an appointment was easy and immediate. The check in process was quick and the admin staff were nice and welcoming. The check-in nurse was very good at listening and interacting with me to completely understand the problem. Dr. Angermeier was very informative and also a great listener. He took the time to listen to all my problems and educate me on common causes and actions that could be taken. It is common to feel rushed in a doctors office, however, this was not my experience and I felt satisfied with the service.

Especially how they treated my mother and father. Everyone was cordial, informative and made me laugh to calm me before the surgery. “Dr. Kokko and his staff listened to my issue and was able to explain to me what was going on and how we were going to remedy the situation.”

I was a transfer from Trident, lowcountry orthopedics. I was not please with the care I was getting from them. I wanted / needed a second opinion. The difference I would compare like college grades, I moved from a C- organization to an A+ institution. Overall I was impressed my Dr. Kokko's ability to listen and diagnose and resolve my issue. I am in the healing process now, but am making leaps and bounds over where I was.
