“FINALLY PAIN FREE!”

Dr. Dwyer quickly and accurately diagnosed a long term problem that many doctors, including an orthopedic doctor missed. After answering a few questions, a painless examination and an on site xray, Dr. Dwyer treated the problem and gave me instant relief.
He was attentive, answered all of my questions and made the appointment enjoyable. The girls in the office from front desk check in to the medical staff in the back just add to the great atmosphere. I will drive the extra miles to Bel Air to see this doctor and recommend him to everyone who needs a podiatrist,

Dr. Dwyer took time to properly examine and hand cast for my daughter's orthotics. They have really made a difference, she is running, playing and falling much less than with her old orthotics that another foot doctor made for my daughter before. I came in to see Dr. Schultheiss after battling what I thought was athletes foot for over a year and having no luck. I was put on medicine while we waited for the samples to come back from the lab. It turns out it wasn't athletes foot. It was a bacterial infection from when I had my foot stepped on by a horse. Dr. Schultheiss put me on the correct meds and I now have pretty feet again!! I can't thank him and his staff enough for the kindness and knowledge provided. Would recommend him 1000% to anyone with lower extremity pain or problems!!

“If you need a podiatrist, Dr. Dwyer is your man!”

Really great doctor. I had to have 2 ingrown toenails removed at the same visit. I DID NOT feel a thing! Dr. Dwyer answered all of my questions before numbing me for the procedure, a few minutes later the toenails were removed and the pain was gone. Follow up instructions were clear, Dora at the front desk is great too!!!! She got me in to see the doctor very quickly, helped me get the forms on line so I could fill them out at home which saved me time, gave great directions and is overall very pleasant follow up visit was just as easy as the first visit. Definitely go see Dr. Dwyer for your footcare needs!

“Really great doctor”

Dr. Dwyer really cares about his patients. He explained everything so I could understand and did not get annoyed with my many questions. He explained all of my options and suggested a conservative approach rather than to jump into surgery, which I was told was my only option. I have had good results with his approach so far and really trust that he has my best interest at heart. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Saw Dr. Dwyer after months of pain and seeing other foot docs in area. Dr. Dwyer was professional and knowledgeable. After asking me a few questions, he made an adjustment to the inserts in my shoes and I felt immediate relief. I will be following up with Dr. Dwyer for my diabetic foot care and will refer everyone I know. He is a nice guy, with a great bed side manner and definitely knows his stuff.

I recently saw Dr. Dwyer for a second opinion. He was so knowledgeable and his staff was so wonderful that I left my original doctor and switched to Dr. Dwyer. He and his nurse work very well together. She immediately put me at ease with her smile and personality, she had everything available for him and he is such an amazing surgeon that the procedure was over before I knew it. I was checked out and scheduled by the friendly receptionist and went home feeling 100% better!!! It has been almost a month since my surgery and the improvement is beyond words. I cannot thank them enough!

My right foot/ankle feels so much better from the tarsal tunnel syndrome. It has taken both of my feet 5months to feel normal, walk normal and most of all free of pain. I just was able to tolerate a full pedicure which was so nice. Today I was able to wear my cute shoes. I know this sounds crazy but I am ecstatic that I can wear my cute shoes again. Thanks to Dr. Dwyer for all he has done and if I need anything, I will definitely contact him!

“Fixed my feet so I could run a 12-mile race”

I've been a runner for decades, and the miles have taken a toll on my feet. When it became just too painful to run, I saw Dr. Schultheiss. After a long and thoughtful consultation, he treated both feet and got me back on the road again, pain-free.

I ran the 2017 Charles City 12 race with my best time ever, and no pain for the first time in years. I could not be happier with my treatment.

In addition, Dr. Schultheiss is a great guy - personable and down-to-earth. Love him and his staff!

I never been to a podiatrist before, in fact I heard horror stories that kept me from coming in and getting the care that a needed. It took my feet to be in such a ridiculous amount of pain for me to come in and get them checked. Dr. D`Andelet was as caring as she is professional. She explained everything that she was going to do and told me what I had to do to correct the issues with my feet. I highly recommend this doctor and will refer her to my family and friends!
