Dr Deems has always been consistent with his care. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr Deems and his nurses, but on my last visit, I was taken to have labs taken. I sat and waited since there was a gentleman ahead of me at the time. After he was done, the lab tech kindly walked the patient and his wife to another area and acknowledged me and said she would be right back. On her way back, she was stopped by someone asking a question about getting lab work with a request from another state for her mother. The tech then took her to the back and called someone to help answer the question which took several minutes. Once done, the person left and the lab tech continued the convo with the other person she called having a personal conversation. This continued for quite some time and I continued to sit and wait. The office personal had left with the exception of one person at the checkout desk and a nurse that was waking out. I ended up leaving not having my labs done.
