“Impossible Staff”
While Doctor Stock was kind caring and patient, I will not be returning to her office because of the horrendous treatment received from the front desk and surrounding staff. You have to pay for parking to attend your appointment, the front staff do not reach out to you, and even ignored me to finish up texting. I called after to ask about a $300 charge for a blood test and a woman called me back and just said "yea we aren't going to do anything about this" point blank. It's worth nothing I wasn't told that there would be any out of normal tests and my companies insurance is considered one of the best in the industry. Normal courtesy would say to just call into the insurance company to see if they can do anything, or explain why they will not call. I honestly receive better care from emergency clinics.
