I have seen several doctors o my condition before Dr. Loder.
Somwe with Cedars and some at UCLA...all pretty horrible.
Dr. Loder and his team were a breath of fresh air. Dr. Loder was willing to spend the needed time to explain my condition in detail and he did it in a concise easy to understand manner. Most of all he took the time to answer questions without being dismissive or in a hurry. Dr. Loder was terrific during the several day later procedure. His assistant ion the office, whose name escapes me now but has red hair was also great..super efficient and a great personality with out treating us like a number. To Dr. Loder and his staff: Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity.

prompt and courteous scheduling; a little delay due to anesthesiologist delayed arrival but nice nature program on tv while waiting; doctor very clear and thorough explanation of problem and procedure and considerations; nurses friendly and efficient and helpful; anesthesiologist excellent.

Most importantly, I think Dr Fuller really targeted the pain effectively.

We have been working on reducing my neck pain, and all along the journey Dr Loder has been completely honest and kind.

We are not at an end point quite yet.
But I am optimistic that in the near future I will be pain free.

They have always been supportive and helpful. Able to accomidate my terrible schedule. I wish I would use their services more honestly. Even tho this issue of headaches keep coming up, they have been helpful in resolving the short term terribleness of these constant headaches. Hopefully some day it will be gone. each member of the staff was informative and through. I was nervous deciding on sedation. The nurse came in and explained everything with care and clarity.
