Amazing experience. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Romano was thorough and guided me through the process. The staff were extremly nice and attentive; they made sure I was comfortable and followed up with me after my consultation and surgery.

“Perfect patient care and results!”

I was so happy with my overall experience with Dr. Romano and his team! They took care of me on every level starting with our first communication. He truly took into account my needs and wants, and gave me a result I couldn't be happier with! I got the peri-arealor lift and implant; it looks incredibly natural and gave me the full C cup that I wanted. All of my questions and needs have been addressed with kindness and precision, I feel safe, supported, and my confidence has completely boosted!

“tubular breast deformity correction”

I spent years researching about my condition and doctors who specialized in correcting my condition. I decided that Dr. Romano was the perfect surgeon for me, and my first consultation with him was actually when I was 17. Throughout these years he has kept in touch and been very supportive and helpful. I finally underwent surgery to fix my condition, and I could not be happier! My breasts look amazing, and you can't even tell that I had this condition! Words cannot describe how happy I am!

“Even better than expected!”

A few years ago, I had decided that I wanted Dr. Romano to be my surgeon for my tubular breast correction. I was impressed with the results on his website and his experience with tubular breast correction. Dr. Romano was very particular in choosing the implant size during surgery and took my opinions into consideration. I'm glad I trusted his judgement because his choice of implant size suits my body perfectly. The results are beautiful, natural, and exceeded my expectations.

“The best experience I have had for surgery”

Dr Romano is Fantastic. He takes the time to explain everything that you will be going through and provides information on getting healthy before and after surgery. He is an artist and I completly trusted him through this procedure. His staff is fabulous and understanding. I would recommend that before you have Cosmetic Surgery you get a consultation with Dr Romano he is simply the best.

“Your body is in good hands with Dr. Romano”

Dr.Romano and his staff have been incredibly kind, patient, and informative at every step of the way. My initial breast augmentation required a revision and I'm so happy I had Dr. Romano to guide me through the experience. He even held my hand as I was put under anesthesia, which was very reassuring. My new breasts are soft and very natural. They fit my frame well and no one even suspects that they aren't real. Ask all the questions you need to to understand the process and know that they will be met with accurate information, kindness, and patience.

“The most amazing plastic surgeon in the nation (by far!)”

My experiences here starting with the wonderful staff - the staff are fabulous, so attentive, nice, and willing to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Romano is so skilled at his profession it's almost scary! He's a perfectionist with great bedside manner; which is really important to a patient when they are down after surgery. He follows through will calling you after surgery. He has you come in as you are healing to make sure everything is perfect. With my surgeries, they're perfect!

“Awesome.”

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Romano, and I learned a tremendous amount about the surgical options available to me--information that only could have come from his level of skill, experience and education. My facial lipo and platysmaplasty results are amazing, and yet subtle, natural. “Absolutely Amazing!!”

I knew I wanted to get a Breast Augmentation but was very concerned about going with a doctor I didn't get a direct referral from. However, after my first consultation, I instantly knew Dr. Romano was going to be amazing. I 100% would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know (or don't know)! I healed very quickly and appreciate the entire office for being available for me all the time pre and post op!

“I wish I never met him.”

He left my nipples uneven and much smaller than I asked. My breast liposuction results lasted two months and now I am just as uneven as before. He barely sliced anything off my labia and you cannot tell I even had a labia plasty. I told him my right nipple was chewed larger by a rapist and he said, "Oh honey I think it is just your anatomy." I had already paid or I would not have continued. I look worse. It was a waste of sixteen grand. He forces antibiotics that make you fat.

“discreet to the utmost, results beyond fabulous”

I was very concerned about privacy, and Dr Romano and his staff utterly respected that. Also, my results were exactly what I hoped for. I had probably two days' downtime from my upper lid surgery, then out and about with sunglasses. Stitches out after 6 days, and then - voila! I looked refreshed, my loose skin problem was corrected, but nobody noticed a thing.

“Dr. Romano is a tuberous breast correction wizard”

I chose Dr. Romano for my breast augmentation to fix my tuberous breasts. His work is absolutely perfect, I could NOT recommend him enough to anyone else with the same condition. You will be in the best hands possible. My results are natural and no one knows I even had surgery! I traveled all the way from Texas to go to the best, and that's exactly what I got. I'm no longer self conscious about my breasts. Normal bras fit me now. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Romano - you changed my life.

“Great Boobs!”

Dr Romano was recommended to me by my dermatologist and i couldn't be happier. He spent a lot of time with me before my surgery to make sure that we had a clear and agreed upon game plan. He lifted one breast & put in a small implant in the other. My breasts are now even and perky! He also took time after surgery to check on my healing. I've never felt rushed. All-in-all a great experience - i wish i had done it sooner!

“Thank you for the perfect breasts!!!”

Dr. Romano is an artist! Everything he does from
the first consultation to my follow up four years later has been beyond my expectations. He is sensitive to your desires, body image, self-esteem and expectations. He is honest and gentle but direct. He understands and designs the perfect breast proportional to your body style. When I first came in I wanted a C cup and he suggested a full D, because of my hip shape and athletic figure. He was right when he said I would regret the smaller size. I was so happy with the result! They are perfect. They look beautiful and natural. No one would know they are implants. The truth is that with my boosted confidence and glorious body, I have been able to attract a much higher quality man, a man who can have any woman he wants. I am a modest, not superficial person, but this has truly been my experience!
Dr. Romano is not just amazing at results, he is a sweet, caring man. He treats you with compassion and professionalism.
