“WAste of Time & unprofessional”
The only part of seeing this doctor that is worthwhile is that the office staff is friendly. Our first, only, and last appointment was at 12 noon on a Friday. We waited for 55 minutes past our appt. time although we showed up 30 min early. So all-in-all our wait time was 85 minutes. I was taking my teenage daughter for an initial apt and when I stepped outside the hallway to discover when the doctor would actually make his appearance I saw him walking down the hall eating his lunch and then he asked me, "can I help you?" I stated I was looking for Dr. Clarke to which he replied that I was speaking to him. I indicated we had been waiting over an hour and his reply was a shrugged shoulder and a so-what attitude. "So has everyone else." He didn't offer an apology, he turned and walked away. Clearly this lack of professionalism isn't what I would expect. I decided that seeing this dr was not a good investment. Make your own decisions but I believe that if any one persons seeks to establish a doctor-patient relationship then this would not be a good start.
