Dr Fitzgerald was very professional- I am a nurse 50 years so I expect the best from the doctors I go to - I was miserable with dizziness and the doctor diagnosed me and prescribed medicine for me and I did extremely well the doctor was very competent and he made me trust him - I could tell he was confident with his diagnosis - the staff was excellent- no waiting time - everyone friendly and calm this practice is doing everything right!

He looked in each ear and shared the report which Molly had gone over. He asked if I was interested in hearing aids and said his people would set up a fitting/session. One other item was front desk gave me the ‘novel’ of forms to complete when I had already done the pre-appointment forms in My Chart. They were voluminous and redundant.

His experience was very helpful and I felt comfortable with all explanations of my issue and my next steps. He and his staff and nurse Julie went out of their way to get answers for me and appointments scheduled in a timely manner and made me feel safe in an environment that can be very scary and overwhelming when dealing with my medical issues for that I am very thankful to all of them. He also provided me with addition reading material and an instructional diagram for which I could learn to perform maneuvers myself, along with the website for a YouTube video to watch. What I liked best about Dr. Fitzgerald was that he shared his medical background with me and immediately understood my condition. In addition, he did not make me jump through hoops like the two other non-Jefferson otolaryngologist’s I’d seen over the past 5 years, who knew my issue, but wouldn’t refer me for the care I was requesting. Very happy with the care I received from Dr. Fitzgerald!
