“Horrible Experience with Dr. Mancini”
My experience with Dr. Mancini was not just awful, it was nightmarish. I found her and her staff to be blatantly dishonest. I found her business practices unethical and her moral character lacking. I would not recommend her business to anyone, in-fact, I would strongly advise against consulting her services.
I brought my glasses to Dr. Mancini's office to be adjusted one morning. To keep a very long story short, her staff lost my glasses and then proceeded to tell me they had already returned them to a family member of mine who had come to pick them up. When this story was proved erroneous, Dr. Mancini refused to take responsibility for her staff's error. She refused to replace the pair of glasses and proposed that I pay her full-price (including a markup for her profit) for a replacement pair. In order to get Dr. Mancini to reimburse me for the glasses her staff lost, I had to take her to small claims court. Dealing with Dr. Mancini and her staff was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. She and her staff showed their propensity for dishonesty throughout the entire affair. She refused to take responsibility for her mistake until the Stafford court forced her to. She was willing to lie in an attempt to avoid a loss of less than $200 even when she was clearly at fault.
