“MS.BAUKNECHT IS AMAZING”

I came in and was def completely broken! I had a huge rash on both sides of my mouth and wasn't sure what was wrong. Dr. Bauknecht came in and knew exactly what was wrong. She immediately said you have Peri-oral Dermatitis - She started me on antibiotics and loaded me up with samples of creams and face washes! After 4 weeks of treatment I am blessed to say it is completely gone! Fingers crossed it never comes back but IF it does I know exactly where to come!!! :)

I came in with inflamed skin, and have received products, a prescription, and an action plan for improvements in two weeks. Hopefully, this regime will work. I've had many dangerous moles removed here with perfect experiences. It's a great place to get important skin care that can be otherwise devastating!

The experience is always a pleasure. Dr. Gold always knows best! My grandfather had been suffering from a skin irritation for months. We went to a local derm office and they were clueless. They gave us a bunch of meds that didnt fix anything. We showed up to Dr. Gold and my Grandfather felt immediate relief (5 minutes after we were discharged) and he never itched again and didnt have anymore breakouts! He slept the entire way home. Thank you !

My experience was okay. I felt that the doctor was rushed. Spent very minimal time with me. However, he has provided me with at the moment care for my condition which was better than other derms that I have seen. His nurses did make me feel more at ease about possible treatments and his expertise on my condition. I will give him a chance because it is really hard to find someone who routinely treats my condition.

This staff has hugged me, cried with me, talked me through each procedure and made sure to be thorough and then some after finding melanoma in my thigh that could've been life threatening if it was missed. I've spent a lot of time at this place given my recent history and immediately clicked with Colette since the first visit. Every one of my visits since then has been with her. She's been so supportive and become like family. Definitely recommend this place for all of your derm needs!

Wait time much too long, (two hours total) both in the waiting room and then in the examination room. The latter was made worse by being undressed and the room temperature being quite cold.

Just when I was about to reschedule and leave, Dr. Gold came in and took care of the most urgent of my concerns and rescheduled me for a follow up to do the rest and see about today's results.

Scheduling is a breeze. I'm in and out of appointments. ALL staff and doctor's are attentive to your needs, shows compassion and not provide cookie cutter treatments. All treatments are tailored to you. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. Most importantly, I see results after just two visits.

She is helping with clearing my acne. i visit once a month to get my freeze blasted and check on how my prescription is working. she listens to all my concerns and even changed my prescription when i felt it wasn't working. I'm always in and out the office in a timely manner.
